Pros:

breakfast was very good, the pool was small but it didn't felt small (sadly most of the view from the pool was hidden)

Wonderful family hotel - perfect location!
Pros:

Fantastic family hotel. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the splash area and kids club. Location is perfect. Walking distance to beach, night market and everything else you can think of.

Good overall - but don’t hurt yourself
Pros:

It was a typical resort. Nothing spectacular.
Staff were friendly and willing to help.
No expectations for tips at all which was a positive in a tourist resort and area.

Cons:

Overall health and safety at the resort was none existent. Serious falls occurred around the pools as they are NOT non slip tiles and walking results in falls! You have to walk across the pool area to get to the lift for the lobby so it is a constant risk! All falls were reported to hotel staff and management with them saying they are aware of the issue but Holiday Inn Group have yet to act upon the issue with the tiles.

Also had to pay 2000baht on check in that I was not aware of upfront (and apparently neither were other customers also checking in around me) so just bare this in mind when you book here.

Fantastic hotel, incredible value for money. Would book again.
Pros:

This hotel is beautifully well kept. Very modern and our room was faultless. The staff are amazing the housekeeping team so thorough (noticed we drank more water than before so gave us more bottles). A kind upgrade also - we had building 6 which I would recommend as further away from street level.
Lovely pool and loungers which had the sun all morning and most of afternoon and a welcome bit of shade in the afternoon.
A perfect base location to walk Ao Nang beach and shops. Loads of restaurants and places to visit.

Cons:

Slight noise - a gentle hum of music from the main strip, but this is NOT an issue with Holiday Inn they’re rooms are fantastic and with earplugs I could hear nothing, without a slight hum from nearby music, generally gone off by 11pm. I would absolutely book again without issue and I am a light sleeper, just worth noting if you want truly quiet you just need to be further away from the main strip.

No control over water slide, saw a number of accidents and floor slippery ( recommend kids slipstop water shoes for around pool)

Super lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko (jedynie do Night Market 30-40 minut spacerkiem), obok 7eleven, Watson, mnóstwo barów i restauracji. Do plaży kilkaset metrów. Pokój z widokiem na basen ekstra - w zasadzie widok na okolicę, z morzem włącznie. Warty swojej ceny.

Everything. The location was right on the street, so in an ideal location. I loved the room I was in, I was in a building at the back of the hotel away from the noise of the street. I was nervous about staying in a hotel located within a busy tourist area, but thankful for the peace.

Nothing, everything was great.

Pros:

Personnal très sympa, surtout Luna très sympathique, commerçante et qui parle français !

Cons:

Le prix est assez élevé, cela peut parfois être bruyant (c’est le revers de la médaille d’être très proche de tout)

Pros:

So clean! Absolutely beautiful property. The staff was wonderful and the food was phenomenal. The pool was multi tiered and great for families or couples. The poolside bar and restaurant was affordable and made lunch by the pool so easy. Transportation and concierge services were fantastic.

Cons:

Rooms were a little small and no microwave in room.
