I had an amazing experience at Holiday Inn Resort Krabi Ao Nang Beach. The staff were extremely professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind. From the moment I arrived, I felt respected and well taken care of.

The reception team was very helpful, always smiling, and ready to assist with anything I needed. The service exceeded my expectations, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and comfortable.

The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and well maintained, and the facilities are excellent. I truly appreciate the effort of the team — they deserve recognition.

Excellent, will definately recommend
Pros:

Excellent location. We stayed in a room with a Balcony, room was well kept and clean. Breakfast had a good spread. Overall stay was wonderful. Our room was little uphill & the hotel provided with buggy pickup & drop. So no complaints.

Perfect start of holiday!
Pros:

The accommodation was excellent, the room was beautiful, and the view was breathtaking. The staff were extremely friendly. The location is great — everything is close by (the beach, and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby).

Cons:

The only minor issue was that the pool water was very cloudy, but that probably says more about poorly behaved guests.

Exceptional Customer Service , Wonderful Hospitality
Pros:

The location was beautiful and very convenient, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained.
I would like to sincerely thank the team for their outstanding cooperation. I had originally booked for three nights, but due to an emergency, I needed to shorten my stay to two nights. Even though the reservation was non-refundable, they kindly accommodated my request and modified the booking for me.

I truly appreciate their understanding and flexibility. I would also like to thank Booking.com customer service for their quick response and support.

Highly recommended!

Cons:

The only small downside was the breakfast. It was not very varied, and most of the dishes were Indian cuisine, so the options were somewhat limited for my preference.

Modern hotel op mooie locatie
Pros:

Leuke kamers en een mooie locatie. Alles op loopafstand. Hotel had veel aandacht voor gezinnen met kinderen, ook in de kamers. Ontbijt is prima, niet heel uitgebreid.

Cons:

De vloer in de kamer werd niet vaak gedweild, vaak zwarte voeten terwijl de housekeeping net was geweest. Ook bij het zwembad mag er vaker worden geveegd. Kamer was gehorig.

Hotel położony w samym centrum, dużo restauracji obok, sklepów - wszytskeigo co turysta na Krabi potrzebuje. Hotel sam w sobie stary - ale w tej okolicy i tak to najlepsza opcja. Mieliśmy bardzo duży pokój.

Cons:

Obsługa. Nie podobało mi się że w momencie jak powiedzieliśmy ze chcemy zapłacić gotówką byli zdziwieni że jak to? przecież wszyscy płacą kartą - a co mnie obchodzą wszyscy? mam przygotowaną gotówkę więc płace gotówką. Oczywiście płatność przyjęli - ale nie powinno być takich komentarzy. Zawsze jadąc na wakacje przygotowuje gotówkę - nieraz zdarzyło mi się że banki blokowały karty przy dużych kwotach i później był problem. Z doświadczenia bezpieczniej jest przygotować gotówkę i nie płacić takich sum kartą w obcym kraju. Więc nie rozumiem zdziwienia.

Śniadanie również do poprawy - dużo tajskiego jedzenia i ciężkiego, typu jakieś kurczaki, ziemniaki, mięsa. Ze śniadań typowo europejskich do wyboru jajka głownie. Wędliny słabej jakości. Ale da się przeżyć.
