Over all satisfied, but price and neighbouring noise would probably stop us from booking this hotel.
Pros:

Although we were happy with our stay, the price per night is quite high.

Cons:

The party behind the hotel at a neighbouring resort is so loud before 10:30pm that i would not recommend staying in the higher rate room block, especially if you have children.

Pros:

​We had a great family holiday at the Holiday Inn Krabi. When we arrived, our two booked rooms were not next to each other, which was difficult traveling with my kids.
​The management and reception team were absolutely incredible in helping us. The Manager, Mrs. Wai, along with Joy and the other wonderful team members at the reception desk whose names I didn't catch, listened to our problem right away and worked so hard to find a solution. Mrs. Wai kindly offered us a room upgrade first, but it was on the 4th floor and a bit too far for our needs, so we had to decline. Even though we said no, Mrs. Wai and her team did not give up. They kept checking the system and, by the very next day, she successfully moved us into rooms 3204 and 3205 right next to each other!
​This is a very good hotel with great facilities, but it is the excellent staff that makes it truly special. The reception desk is full of kind, helpful people. The outstanding care and effort from Mrs. Wai, Joy, and the rest of the reception staff made our vacation so much happier and stress-free. Thank you all so much for taking such wonderful care of my family, we will definitely come back!

Pros:

Pool was a hit with the kids, staff were lovely and very attentitve. Luna was very accommodating when we had an issue and promptly responded - we enjoyed our stay and recommend it

Cons:

Breakfast buffet was a bit basic but did the job.

Pros:

Nothing went well. Came with family of 6 people to have a good time but had a horrible experience of the hotel.

Cons:

Standard rooms were horrible. We were feeling disgusted at the breakfast hall. Looked and felt very unhygienic, dirty and overall the hotel gave a very bad feel. We had a very poor experience considering it was Holiday Inn. Staff was extremely rude. It looked like Holiday Inn did not give training to them to how to deal and handle clients.

La vue magnifique ! Le confort ! La propreté !

Ma chambre était légèrement dysfonctionnelle (porte de la salle de bain et chaîne de fermeture de l’entrée mais rien de bien grave et j’ai obtenu un surclassement avec une vue magnifique donc ces détails n’étaient pas importants, j’ai pu profiter de la vue magnifique donc!)
