Great restaurant, friendly staff and small pool next to the room.
Pros:

Since the hotel was not fully occupied by the time of our arrival, we got promoted to a better room with small pool at the terrace. Especially my 9 years old daughter enjoyed that. She also very much liked the slide at lids swimming pool and the surf at the mail pool.

Cons:

Necessity to cross the road when going towards beach. At least some crossing for pedestrian would help and some slow-down bumpers to slow cars in that area.

Pros:

Отель предоставил нам номер намного более высокого класса, чем мы бронировали, и это было чрезвычайно приятно.
В номере всё было убрано, было много воды и бесплатного чая/кофе, а также шикарно убранная кровать с надписью "welcome", очень приятно.
Мы попросили персонал убрать наш личный бассейн и это было сделано крайне быстро, в течение 2 часов.
Завтрак был шикарным, с большим ассортиментом блюд и классным видом.

Cons:

Немного непонятная навигация в отеле, написано, что там есть 3 бассейна, но путём долгих поисков были найдены только 2)))
Повышение класса номера не было озвучено персоналом на ресепшн и мы были удивлены.

Buon potenziale, bella struttura, personale e servizi migliorabili
Pros:

Le piscine e la camera con la piscina privata. La spiaggia davanti all’hotel.

Cons:

La piscina privata non era quasi mai pulita e dovevano pulirla ogni giorno, per attivarla bisognava chiamare la reception. Inoltre il personale parlava male inglese e non sempre era facile far capire le proprie esigenze. Poca offerta di cibo per un pranzo al volo in hotel. Per arrivare alla spiaggia seppur molto bella bisogna attraversare una super strada abbastanza pericolosa.

Fint hotell, bra lekerom for barn. God valuta for pengene.
Pros:

Utrolig gode senger og puter. Sov godt og behagelig. Kjempebra lekerom for barn.

Cons:

Litt slurv på renhold. Mye småfeil på safe, hårføner, aircondition, strøm og sensorer.
Alt ble relativt raskt løst av hotellet.

Sympatyczny hotel nieco na uboczu zgiełku Karon Beach, za to praktycznie zaraz przy plaży oraz ze smacznymi i różnorodnymi śniadaniami. Niewątpliwą zaletą jest też brak tłumów gości co zapewnia komfort spokojnego korzystania z basenów.

Cons:

Przejście przez ulicę przy hotelu, w stronę plaży, wymaga odwagi i wprawy. Siłownia powinna mieć nowsze wyposażenie. Skomplikowana i wieloczłonowa nazwa hotelu sprawia pewien kłopot przy rezerwacjach u dostawców usług, biorąc pod uwagę, że na Phuket są bliźniacze obiekty w innych miejscowościach.
