Pros:

The staff, I enjoyed the activities that were also planned by the place.

Cons:

The room did not have bunk beds for the kids and that there was a log of Lizard-like animals in the room all the time.

It was OK. Nothing great.
Pros:

Black Tea was missing.

Cons:

I had booked a standard double room and upon arrival they mentioned that all double rooms are full and gave me a villa on ground floor which was not my requirement.

Swimming pool was not so clean compared to the property in Patong where I stayed earlier.

Pros:

La cena ottima, vale assolutamente la pena optare per la mezza pensione. La cena non è a buffet, ma alla carte e ogni piatto è veramente ben preparato, un livello di cucina molto più alto di quello che si trova fuori nei ristoranti di strada, bravo lo chef ! Anche la colazione molto opzioni e tutto buono !

Cons:

Da migliorare la pulizia dell’acqua in piscina, solo questo.

كل يوم في الغرفة الصبح الساعة 8 ريحة قلي سمك 🐟 كأنهم يقلون السمك في غرفتي و موقعه مو حلو مافي شي جنبك و حمام السباحة قذر جداً و أغلب الوقت مسكر و الفندق قديم أصلاً و الأصنصير حدث ولا حرج

Stayed 5nights- value money
Pros:

The room got upgraded , which was spacious and fit for my family.
Beach is cross the road .

Cons:

Construction nearby which was a bit noisy . No view in the rooms .
The water wasn't pure (not clean- Abit yellow)
Away from Patong st.
The room is away from the hotel entrance

Awesome gem at Karon beach. Worth it
Pros:

This is truly home away from home. Staff are just amazing (esp MJ, Ning & Joanne). Always helpful and caring for every little detail 24/7. Pool parties are great, kids club is advanced with PlayStation and lots of activities for kids such as surf classes, bingo & karaoke nights.Food is awesome with variety. Massage therapist name Namtan was best masseuse I ever had.

Nothing really.
