Super séjour, établissement super, manque juste quelques commerces et restaurant autours mais sinon très bien.
Pros:

L’établissement est spacieux, il y a une grande et plusieurs piscines ce qui permet de pas être trop les uns sur les autres. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables. Il y a des soirées à thèmes et des activités pour enfants. Idéal pour un séjour avec des enfants. Il y a la plage juste de l’autre côté de la route. Il y avait du choix pour le petit déjeuner qui était très bien.

Cons:

Un peu loin de tout (commerces, restaurations, centre ville…) et route dangereuse pour passer de l’autre côté.
Juste peut être, avoir plus de choix de boissons chaudes pour le petit déjeuner (machine qui propose mocha, latte et autre) mais vraiment juste pour varier sinon il y a quand même du thé du café et plusieurs sortes de laits.

Pros:

Отличное спокойное место для семьи с детьми. Чистый номер (вилла с бассейном) с ежедневной уборкой. Ухоженная зеленая территория. Чистые бассейны с разной глубиной, что важно для детей. По вечерам бывает живая музыка у бара. Команда от отеля ненавязчиво занимает детей играми. Хорошие разнообразные завтраки. Ужин (или обед) по меню (брали полупансион). Выбор в меню не очень большой, представлены блюда тайской, мексиканской, индийской кухни и бургеры. Дети заказывали одно и тоже, что быстро им надоело.
Очень удобное расположение - малолюдный (по сравнению с другой частью пляжа Карон) хороший пляж через дорогу. Вдоль пляжа можно прогуляться и найти разнообразные кафешки, магазинчики, рынок.

Cons:

Опасный переход к морю через оживленную дорогу. Но так везде по пляжу Карон.
Не работают души у бассейна.

A great place to stay with families or even by yourself!
Pros:

I loved this resort! The staff were so kind and helpful.
The property and esp the rooms were very clean, beds are super comfortable and tv comes w n Netflix, prime AND HBO max!
I also got upgraded from a standard room to a villa! Best resort by far! Will definitely be back

Luci ed ombre: con un po' di buon volontà è possibile migliorare.

Piscine pulite e di generose dimensioni.
Camera spaziosa.
Personale cortese.
Varie attività di animazione, diurna e serale, ma dalla camera non erano percepibili, per cui non "invadenti".

Cons:

Se avessi chiesto un 8, a prescindere da come fosse andata un'interrogazione, penso sarei stato bocciato senza nemmeno spiegarmi il motivo: con mail formale, l'Hotel mi chiede una recensione almeno da "8" al netto delle criticità riscontrate, e questo ha abbassato la mia valutazione.
All'arrivo la camera non è pronta, ci vuole un'ora in più (erogato buono consumazione gratuita per scusarsi), poi ci cambiano la stanza (altra consumazione gratuita).
Il terzo letto aggiuntivo è montato su struttura metallica da trasporto, con ruote "a vista" esteticamente poco gradevoli, contro le quali ho urtato qualche volta con le ginocchia.
In bagno la cassetta del wc non ricarica correttamente l'acqua, una volta azionato lo scarico. Chiedo al ricevimento un intervento (mostrando un video per farmi capire meglio) e, dopo un po', arriva un manutentore con una ventosa stura-scarichi: mostrato il danno reale, il manutentore sorride, tornato più tardi con i ricambi per la cassetta del wc, ma per compiere l'intervento allaga il bagno.
Se ne va, ritornando con un collega e due teli con i quali raccolgono la maggior parte dell'acqua sparsa, poi se ne vanno senza dare ulteriori indicazioni.
Passata mezz'oretta torno al ricevimento per chiedere che qualcuno venga a pulire il residuo rimasto, così un addetto arriva e ripristina la funzionalità del bagno (primo giorno di vacanza, siamo intorno alla mezzanotte, dopo un viaggio iniziato, da casa, il giorno prima alle 6:00 ora italiana).
Dal giorno successivo si manifesta una perdita di acqua che, con diversa intensità, perdura fino al termine della vacanza (segnalata inizialmente, ma poi ho lasciato perdere...) e, solo per un giorno, accompagnata da un fortissimo odore di fogna,cessato "spontaneamente".

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful, well-maintained grounds with lots of greenery. We changed rooms and then had a large, very nice room. The hotel is highly recommended.
Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, wunderschöne, gepflegte Anlage mit viel Grün. Wir haben das Zimmer gewechselt und bekamen dann ein großes, sehr schönes Zimmer. Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Hotellet är slitet, förtjänar inte fyra stjärnor borde ha 2 max 3.
Frukosten var inte bra, dåligt utbud för det priset och inte fräsch. Dåligt påfyllt och slabbigt med spill runt skålar och fat. Dessutom bullrig miljö intill vägen och dåligt ventilerat, hade varit bättre att sitta utomhus. Frukosten kostade 600tbh per person vilket den absolut inte var värd.
Rummet ett familjerum som vi bokade var ut mot vägen som aldrig var tyst vi bodde på plan 2 och det var som att sova på motorvägen. Uppmätte ljudnivån vid 9tiden till 85Db på balkongen och sängarna var stenhårda. Ac stod på förjämnan för att hålla kyla på rummet men nattetid upplevs den gå ner i effekt så det var svårt att få svalt när man skulle sova. Poolområdet vid Kidsclub har en ruschkana som har så dåligt skick så att de håller med "madrasser" barnen ska åka på men de är slitna och släpper stoppning. Swim in baren i den stora poolen är stängd och finns bara i broschyren.
Vid flera dagar "hann" inte den stackars ensamma städerskan städa rummet och vi fick söka upp städvagnen för att be om handdukar och toalettpapper. Det är relativt nära till stranden med vägen dit är rakt över vägen utanför lobbyn utan övergångsställe och den vägen är tungt trafikerad och fyrfilig så det är med livet som insats känns det som varje gång.
Mat och dryck på hotellet är dyrt, och det känns som dom "passar på" då man är något utelämnad.Dessutom smyger dom på 10% avgift på alla priser i menyerna något man blir varse först när man ska betala.
