Pros:

The hotel was clean and modern, but still has a warm and welcoming feeling. The reception staff across our 5 day stay were all really helpful and friendly, and dealt with a issue on our first night quickly and effectively.

Cons:

There was really nothing we didn't like. We deliberately chose a hotel next to Brussels Midi/Suid train station as it was perfect to access the metro and national train system. However, as you must expect the area is like all main and international stations and full of all life and characters.

Pros:

The gentleman who checked us in was fantastic. He did everything to ensure that we were comfortable with the temperature in our room and he insisted to call him 100 times if necessary and we would not be bothering him.
Room was also very clean and bed was comfortable.
Included Breakfast was great.

Cons:

Bathroom a little small, but for the price paid to be expected.

Pros:

Very comfortable stay. I especially liked the artwork throughout the building and the mural outside. The hotel collaborates with local Brussels-based artists to highlight their work, showcasing a different artist each month. The place is also very easy to access from the Midi station, maybe 3 minutes walking at maximum, which was very convenient.

Cons:

Breakfast options were a bit limited but still good overall.

Parfait pour un départ matinal depuis la gare de Bruxelles midi.

Accueil irréprochable. Situation parfaite pour un départ avancé via la gare BXL-MIDI

Cons:

Le bruit de la rue malgré fenêtres fermées, mais il est vrai que nous n'avons plus l'habitude de la ville.
Le petit déjeuner facturé 25 euros/pers. pour un croissant, un très mini pain chocolat, une pomme et un jus d'orange (en boîte), c'estlargementsufait ! Dans le descriptif, il s'agissait d'un buffet ... mais il n'ouvre qu'à 07h du matin ; idéalement, l'hôtel devrait s'aligner sur les horaires des départs matinaux de la gare ; 06h15 par exemple.
En résumé, ne prenez pas le petit déjeuner si vous voyagez tôt.

Nos hospedamos con mí mujer y mis dos hijas en dos cuartos por tres noches.
El último día hicimos el check out por la mañana, dejamos el equipaje y salimos a recorrer la ciudad, al regresar al hotel solicitamos nuestro equipaje y como una de mis hijas estaba con un poco de fiebre y faltaban.30 minutos para tomar un tren nos quedamos en el lobby.
Al pasar un rato el empleado que estaba en el front desk recibe un llamado telefónico, al colgar me pregunta que estaba esperando y le expliqué que íbamos a tomar un tren, su respuesta fue la menos.pensada.

Nice place
Pros:

I had a great stay at Hotel Jill in Brussels. The hotel is very well located, clean, and comfortable. I especially want to highlight the receptionist, Chanel — she was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful from the moment I arrived. She made the check-in process very smooth and was always available to help with any questions. Thanks to her, the stay felt very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again

Wonderful Staff
Pros:

Our first stay At Jill Hotel and what a pleasant hotel this is.
Only stayed for 1 night, very handily located opposite Brussels Midi Station.
From taking in a parcel for me & keeping it safe until we arrived from the UK.
To the wonderful Breakfast and the fantastic receptionists greeting us with smiles and kindness, and a very lovely room.
We will certainly stay again.
