Overall quite pleasant and very good value
Pros:

Very pleasant open brightly coloured decor. Excellent service from very friendly staff. Very close to midi station.

Cons:

The area around midi-station is difficult with a lot of unfortunate homeless people and others who seemed less well off. However no one bothered me in any way whatsoever.
The duvet was too warm and I had difficulty sleeping. I was in room 16 which is adjacent to the vent outlets. They emit a low pitched purring noise. Together with the duvet being too warm my sleep was interrupted, but it wasn’t anyone’s fault.

Horel was part of an overall great weekend away
Pros:

Great location, very close to train station and a relaxing walk from most areas. Hotel was quiet, very clean, room and bed comfortable. Great shower. Staff were so helpful and friendly.

j'ai bien aimé l'emplacement, j'ai bien aimé la propreté ,j'ai bien aimé gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

je n'ai pas aimé l'isolation, il y a trop de bruit , on entend tout , nous avons eu du mal à dormir , des clients faisaient du bruit jusque très tard et au matin il y avait beaucoup de bruit .
