Great location, right by the main train station, 15-20 mins walking distance to the centre. Nice, spaceful room, a really comfortable bed. Nice, big bathroom and a really comfortable shower. Friendly staff. Definitely recommend.

We had a reservation from March 12th to March 14th, but unfortunately our flight was cancelled due to the strike at Brussels Airport. Because of this situation, which was completely beyond our control, we were unable to travel.
We contacted the hotel immediately and explained the circumstances, but they showed no understanding and refused any refund or even the possibility to change the dates. While we understand booking policies, we expected at least some flexibility or goodwill in an exceptional situation like a cancelled flight due to a strike.
Very disappointing customer service and lack of consideration for guests facing unavoidable travel disruptions.
The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive. I booked the hotel because I had to stay overnight after a concert from BTS, and as soon as I arrived I noticed they were playing songs from them non-stop. They also tried to arrange an early check-in so that I could get ready asap for the concert. The room was clean, the mattress was super comfortable, you could drink from the tap which is great (just like what I am used to), the toilet was separated from the shower and the airco unit could function regardless of the room card being plugged in. I did not leave it on as the weather did not require it, but it is great to know in case of a heatwave and in the event of the room warming up pretty easily.
I was expecting to have hair conditioner and shampoo split from the shower gel. Despite having 2 pillows and 4 cushions, I found the pillows a bit uncomfortable.

It was quite loud. You could hear the people above walking and talking. The street was also very loud, but that is not the fault of the property.
The hotel is clean, well designed and stylish. The staff are super friendly, and the location is superb is you want easy transportation access. Just be advised that the surrounding area is a little dodgy so it doesn’t surprise you. We didn’t mind, as we knew before booking and made a conscious choice to stay around Brussels Midi station, because of aforementioned transportation options.
Dynamic prices made the value for money questionable, we stayed during a peak week (Both BTS and De Ommengang). But this is unavoidable at times.
