Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Nichts außergewöhnliches.

Cons:

Die Lage. Es liegt zwar sehr zentral am Bahnhof, ist daher aber auch sehr laut.
Das Haus ist Recht hellhörig.

Pros:

De kamers zijn netjes, daar valt niets over te zeggen.

Cons:

Op de booking pagina word aangegeven dat er een prive parking zou zijn. Eens geboekt krijgen we een mail die aangeeft dat et GEEN parking bij het hotel is. Dit koste ons €45 extra voor 1 nacht parkeren in een bijzijnde parking.

Daarnaast waren we zeer ontevreden dat er geen optie was om niet halal te eten tijdens het ontbijt. We begrijpen dat er gekozen word voor het grotere doelpubliek, een keuze hierin hadden we niet. Dat is heel jammer!

Koffie op de kamer is oploskoffie en er was geen water voorzien.

The staff were warm and welcoming, the room comfortable and at a good price.
Pros:

The room was good size. Very clean. We liked the food available at the hotel and the location right across from a main train station

Cons:

The air conditioning did not work. The room got stuffy. A good bit of now came up from the restaurant.

Un univers de calme et de confort à 2 minutes de la gare du Midi

Chambre très confortable, spacieuse, silencieuse, personnel à l'écoute et disponible.

Télécommande de télé très peu pratique d'utilisation (volume et sélection des chaînes).

Bon hôtel, mais la signature olfactive trop forte même dans les chambres sans pouvoir l’arrêter.

La signature olfactive jusque dans les chambre.
Le parfum synthétique omniprésent pendant tout le séjour même la nuit dans la chambre. Allergiques, asthmatiques et hypersensibles s’abstenir!!!

La stuttura era perfetta accogliente pulita e stupenda, le camere ben curate tutto perfetto

Cons:

L’unica pecca sono state le lenzuola secondo me sintetiche e ha fatto effetto sauna, ma per il resto tutto impeccabile
