Las habitaciones. El baño requiere mantenimiento: las puertas de regadera no corren, sarro en las llaves, se escurre el agua. Las toallas pésimas. Falta ventilación.

No pude dormir 2 noches por un evento

Estaban en la organización de un evento de baile y durante las 2 noches/no pude dormir y las respuestas del personal eran lamentables. Mi pregunta era simple: a que hora terminan de montar el escenario y hacer las pruebas de musica erran mas 10:40 pm y la respuesta del personal de recepción es toda la noche. Yo les decian existe demasiado ruido no puedo dormir y era asi es, Yo les decia que porque no avisaban antes de recibir el.pago.

NO ME AGRADO EL PRECIO DE LA RESERVACION YA QUE ANTERIORMENTE HA SIDO MAS ECONOMICA CON LA HABITACION MAS CONFORTABLE Y LIMPIA, PERO LA ULTIMA VEZ ME ASIGNARON UNA HABITACION CON UN DISEÑO MUY RARO, CON UN BAÑO MUY INCOMODO Y ESTABA SUCIA LA HABITACION. EL GIMNASIO NO SIRVE. Y LOS ALIMENTOS SON MUCHO MUY CAROS Y NADA EXTRAORDINARIOS.
