Very conventient for bus travel, comfortable secure hotel but in a very dicey area.
Pros:

The hotel is very modern with a pool and fitness room. It is a five-minute walk from CAPU. The breakfast was good and a reasonable price. The Junior Suite was very comfortable.

Cons:

Not surprisingly, the area is really bad, especially at night. Due to transportation delay, I arrived in the evening. Getting from the terminal to the hotel was not bad, but as I wanted to get water and other things are the nearby OXXO, it felt pretty dangerous. Should be avoided. Once in the hotel, it's a whole different experience. But you choose it for the convenience to the bus sgtation.

Nos enviaron a un cuartito literalmente en un rincón, angosto, prácticamente un triángulo. Dos ascensores fuera de servicio.

okay for 1 night to catch another bus, as the bed was clean. wouldn’t recommend to anyone though

1 minute to central bus station, bed and toilet were clean

Cons:

everything else wasn’t clean: the shelves, the sink was very dirty, the floor. the walls were dirty, the bedhead was completely worn down, curtains and towels were full of holes. also the water in the shower was cold, even though i waited for 5 minutes. the pillows are way to hard and high
