La ubicación y la comida y atención en el restaurante.
Las camas pir lo menos eran confortables.
Esta en proceso de remodelación, lo cual no especifican al reservar. Por tanto no coteja lo que vez en fotos con el aspecto que vez cuando arribas, pues estaba un tanto desprolijo tanto en higiene en pasillos, el estacionamiento, la puerta del baño estaba toda dañada porque le salpica toda el agua de la regadera, el baño siempre se tapaba. Y el área de piscina estaba terriblemente sucio, la gente es muy sucia y había demasiada basura y la piscina estaba tan mugrosa que parecía caldo de cultivo.
Quizá después de la remodelación sea otra historia pero mientras tanto si hay muchas áreas de oportunidad a trabajar. Sorry!
La alberca climatizada con horario extendido. Cuenta con centro de lavado. Camas comfortables. Internet muy bien.
El lobby esta en remodelación y la recepción esta localizada en el restaurant. Lo bueno es que es temporal.
Free breakfast is very good. Employees are VERY nice.
They have ice buckets in the rooms but we couldn’t find any ice machines. Not a big deal. Really nothing bad to say about the hotel or staff.

El desayuno no lo probé y la ubicación muy adecuada para mis neesidades
El lavabo del baño tenía atorado el tapón y el mecanismo para abrirlo no funcionaba. Esta falla fué corregida rápidamente.
El apagador de vaivén en la puerta no funciona adecuadamente. Al apagar operaba las luces en la entrada (Incluída la repisa donde estpa la cafetera) pero prendía la luz al lado de la cama. Tuve que remover la tarjeta de control de las luces para poder tener las luces apagadas en la habitación

El gym tiene una eliptica que hace mucho ruido y se mueve el pedal(estribo).

Falta mayor calidad a la comida y presentación. Está muy complicado ir del cuarto a la piscina, igualmente del cuarto al lobby.

Hubo un detalle con mi tarjeta de acceso, no podía abrir una puerta que me daba acceso al área donde estaba mi habitación. Había que coordinar con alguien dentro para que abriera

El buffet muy mala la comida y la alberca demasiado llena, que no te dan ganas de usarla.
