The room was clean and well presented. The bathroom was clean. It was a it was a very decent hotel room.
I wouldn’t say I didn’t like but with the facilities with the Jacuzzi there was a lot of men and maybe it would be good for a separate female Jacuzzi like you do the sauna and the steam room and leave the swimming pool as unisex but overall it was lovely

Clean helpful and easy to get around, swimming and massage available immediately, sauna is clean and male and female is separate.

Rooms were cold, AC did not work nor the heating in the bathroom. No hot water in the bedroom, ended up having shower always at the spa. The room was very dusty and hairy, bed in the sofa seemed it had been made by kids. Phone in the bedroom not working, we had to go downstairs every time we needed something. Swimming pool water was very cold.

Receptionist was polite however, areas of the spa had been very unsupportive and did make me feel very uncomfortable. I expected better support instead of be blamed. My overall stay was not worth it. Therefore, i hope for others who come to stay do not experience what I experienced. Please consider support for the people who stay or visit your spas.

We were given an upgrade in room. The room was very comfortable with several pillows, and adjustable lighting that you could manage from the bed-side. It is connect to Golds Gym so you have access to a proper gym, pool, and facitilities. It's also in a great central location in Hounslow
The rooms are great but the rest of the building needs to be modernised, it is outdated. I have stayed in several Continental hotels before, this is the smallest.
