The room was a really good size. Many windows which meant the room filled up with light nicely! Just a 5 minute walk to all the shops and supermarket. The staff that checked me in last night were full of life and was easy to have a laugh with. Definitely will come back!

Bathroom tiling and carpet had coupling and issues around walls
Water was cold, and showers were not easy to use

Decent room
Washroom water doesn't get drained easily...no services. Staff are not helpful. I traveled with kid in the night and checkin they took lot of time. My kid was crying for me but they didn't bother give some bed or room first and then do checkin formalities though I already made the payment. Not even water they provide in room . Absolutely waste to book here.

Location to Twickenham Stadium, only 40 mins away - walking
The cleanliness of the room, the bathroom looks like it needs renovating, rust marks on the shower hinges the shower try and seal where dirty. There was dust on all the besides lamps, the USB charging plug, did not work.
Jaspreet was at reception and he was very helpful, friendly and professional.
I can't thank him enough for helping me out for food and car parking.
