Schreckliches Hotel mit sehr schlechten Empfang und personal ist sehr unfreundlich man wird wir krimineller behandelt nicht zu empfehlen. Hab aus Versehen gebucht und mein Geld ist weg keine Rückerstattung!!!!! Nicht zu empfehlen bitte nicht buchen und vermeiden sie dieses Hotel unbedingt!!!

Staff member made me feel uncomfortable with his sassy comments as I was promised a room for price and then refused once problem was fixed by general manager , the night staff made remarks and started treating me in unprofessional manner I wouldn’t suggest staying here if the staff member of name of p****** is working on site as he is very akward and makes you feel like going to booking.com isn’t allowed and makes his own rules as he goes

U can't take ur drinks to your room and also u can't take a guest up with u so we was firstly told we can book an extra room but after my partner asked to upgrade it was only 25 extra not the cost of a whole room
Very convenient for the tube to the airport for an early flight.
Room was changed at 11pm because the shower didn’t work. In the second room the cover sheet had an old blood stain.
Staff went above board in assistance. Would stay there again.

It was a smell in the room, you cannot open the window for fresh air.
the tv in the first room didn’t work and had to be moved to another room. the shower in the other room would not drain and flooded the whole bathroom floor but no one fixed it so having a shower was very difficult.
