Big apartment for a great price, which only needs modernization, great staff, good location.
Pros:

The apartment was spacious, two bathrooms, fully equipped. The management was polite and very friendly, that is worth mentioning. Location is good, everything needed is in a walking distance.

Cons:

The apartment was not very clean, there needs to be more focus on cleaning under beds, under couch, over the shelves or fridge. It might be good to paint the walls from time to time as these have a lot of marks and dirt from previous customers. The furniture sqeaks and doesn't open drawers properly. A tooth of time has made its marks there.
