Location was very good . Breakfast was excellent but the lunch was very poor as nothing on menu I would eat at the golf restaurant and evening meal was the same at the hotel
Room the Capet was very dusty around the bed and radiators
Ok location
Rooms were hot as hell. Staff were rude.

Food all round was good . Dinner was a little costly.
Having to give a time for breackfast was a challenge. Private Drive needs to be re tarmaced.
Its location to Norwich. Food nice, if they have a function or two on the bar get busy and the staff get very busy. Be prepared to wait.
Pool and other areas nice.
Our room was “Cozy” up 5 lots of stars. Last two very narrow. Trouble with suitcase on stairs.
If you’re a bigger person and older you will struggle for sure. Room is cozy - again not a lot of room round the bed.
Adjoining door to other room - can hear everything they say.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Food is very good.
The swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were good. The staff were lovely too. Breakfast was ok .
The room we stayed in (407)As we walked to the room it became warmer and warmer .as we walked into the room the heat that hit us was awful. And as the day went on the room became unbearable,we even wanted to leave. And on top of this when we came down to have tea (evening meal ) we got told that every table was booked for the night . If we wanted food we would have to sit in the bar . The staff did say that we could order from the main menu . Burt after ordering the food ,the starter came with the wrong dip . When eventually when I was able to speak to a staff member she did try and get me a dip . The rest of the food wasn’t great either. It was very disappointing. How the morning ran at breakfast time was poor , we had to more tables together ourselves due to the tables not being cleared regularly when people had finished. If we had stayed more than one night we would have asked for a room change.
