Jacuzzi not working
To many kids in the spa area and pool
Was looking forward to chilling out a bit of peace
Felt more like being at the local leisure pool
With kids screaming and dive bombing in the pool couldn't have a relaxing swim as kids were playing about and in the way

The setting.

Cons:

This hotel has the potential to be spectacular; however, it is clear that it lacks the necessary investment. The furniture, bathroom and room decoration are all very basic. Some pieces are clearly worn out, including the windows and window frames. The bed was comfortable, though. All the communal areas, including the bar and restaurant, are in need of a very deep clean.

Enjoyed our stay , nice spa facility , would go back only due to having a nice spa facility .
Pros:

Lovely Location , use of spa facilities .

Didn’t use the restaurant so unable to comment .

Cons:

Room 118 - standard double .
Bedroom tired and dated , not cleaned properly , Stains on the armchair seat , dusty under the bed and thick layer of dust around the skirting boards behind the bed . Kettle scaled on the inside .
One of the radiators didn’t work at all .

Staff rude. Hair all over room. Not clean. Pool changing rooms so dirty. No robes provided. Staff not accommodating at all.
