Die Dame am Empfang war sehr sympathisch und freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank dafür!
Danke auch für das Zimmer mit Blick auf den Montmartre.
Und die Ruhe bei so zentraler Lage hat uns ebenfalls super gefallen.

Entre gares du Nord et de l'Est et à proximité du réseau urbain, dans un endroit calme et convivial
Pros:

Le côté près des deux gares est très pratique à l'arrivée (tardive) et au départ (local pour valises). Le personnel vraiment sympathique, tant à l'accueil que dans les divers services rencontrés. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas "continental" mais largement suffisant et diversifié pour satisfaire à tous les goûts. La chambre est spacieuse pour une localisation dans Paris (déjà vu beaucoup plus étroit ou étriqué dans d'autres lieux). Important (pour nous deux) : très bon matelas, dur mais bien. Douche à l'italienne et salle de bains très correcte. Un petit endroit pour travailler (si besoin) et un point d'eau chaude. Et même un petit frigo non indiqué.

Cons:

S'il faut vraiment trouver deux-trois petits trucs qui sont des points d'amélioration :
Mettre du poisson (saumon fumé par exemple) au petit déjeuner ?
Avoir un endroit pour faire du tri papier et bouteilles (pas vu) ?
Avoir de l'infusion aussi (le thé, le soir, ce n'est pas idéal) ?

Erg schoon, vriendelijk personeel en goede locatie.

Clean, comfortable and convenient.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable and pretty spacious (by central Paris standards!). Stayed overnight for a quick trip from London via Eurostar, so very convenient location, and next to Gare du Nord and Gare de L'Est so easy for metro, RER etc. Very helpful, and stored bags for us before and after check out. Room overlooked the back so quiet, and a good night's sleep.

Cons:

The hotel has nothing at all wrong with it, and I will happily return for a similar trip. The local neighbourhood is a bit scruffy, which is what I expect near big stations, so if I was staying longer than a couple of nights, I might think of a different area to stay.

Bon rapport emplacement/qualité /prix.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé pour les gares du nord et de l'est. Rue calme. Chambre petite mais bien équipée. Personnel accueillant . Petit déjeuner très bien.

colazione un po' povera, il personale non assortiva nuovamente le cose finite (cibo, tazze, bicchieri). In camera ci hanno dato solo una bottiglietta d'acqua il primo giorno poi ce l'hanno fatta pagare

Very convenient to the train stations. Lots of places to eat close by. Friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

Not the best neighborhood but that’s because of being close to train stations. Noise from street at night but it is again the location.

Clean and comfortable. The female receptionist was very welcoming, super friendly and accommodating. Location was great being between 2 large train stations only 3 mins walk from the hotel.

Cons:

The location itself (not the hotel) was a bit grimy but the hotel was nothing short of polished.
