Très bonne expérience
Pros:

Les chambres sont spacieuses et très bien adaptées aux familles. Le personnel est aimable et serviable. Le parking gratuit et bien situé en bordure de Toulouse.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est un peu cher et le dimanche, en passant après un très grand groupe, il a été difficile de prendre un déjeuner correct malgré les efforts du personnel pour nettoyer et remettre des aliments à disposition.

La habitación y la cama son grandes y más que suficientes para un fin de semana. Como íbamos a la Cité de l'Espace, lo mejor fue la ubicación.

Place is nice. Clean, well decorated. Just outside city center so it’s quite but a quick 10 min uber. Staff was nice and friendly. Room was a good size

Cons:

Only 2 negatives. And this is a problem across most listings on booking. They say pets allowed. But hit you with the unpublished fees upon arrival. Also the breakfast was really bad. Reminded me of an American hotel breakfast

Excellent séjour. Merci.
Pros:

Personnel accueillant et très serviable, avec le sourire.
Chambre parfaite et climatisation efficace et facile à régler, silencieuse. Propreté générale de l'hôtel au rendez-vous.
Restauration bonne, tant pour le repas du soir qu'au petit déjeuner.
Hôtel facile à trouver. L'autoroute n'est pas très loin mais la verdure est présente aussi, endroit agréable. Insonorisation de toute façon efficace.
Prix raisonnable au vu de tout cela.
Nous avons passé deux jours. Si l'occasion se présente, nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Cons:

La matière des draps, très synthétiques et non respirante. De plus au petit déjeuner, il ne restait plus de jus de fruits, ni de croissants, pas de tasse ni de petites cuillères. De l eau dans la confiture. Presque plus de charcuterie et les madeleines etaient rassies. Un petit déjeuner très cher pour la qualité rendue. Pourtant nous sommes venus déjeuner à 8h, donc une heure tout à fait normale.

confort, modernité et calme pour un rapport qualité:prix intéressant
Pros:

grande chambre d'angle au 3ème donc avec une vue agréable, avec 2 fenêtres, refaite à neuf, bien équipée avec machine à café etc... La salle de bain était vraiment très bien.
environnement calme, arboré mais proche de la rocade

Néanmoins, quelques attitudes ou remarques isolées gagneraient à être davantage orientées vers l’écoute et la satisfaction du client. Un renforcement de la formation et de la sensibilisation à la relation client permettrait sans doute d’harmoniser la qualité de l’accueil et d’offrir une expérience encore plus satisfaisante.
