Excellent choice for a Melbourne visit

Another fabulous stay. Room was large and spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Staff lovely.

Although rooms are very compact they are super comfy and the coffee and breakfast downstairs was fantastic

I’d stay there again for a short break

Lovely staff , great breakfast but suite is not in a great location
Pros:

Breakfast was great . Furnishings of room were good .

Cons:

Get rid of the bar fridge with the sensor . Felt couldn’t put water in or fruit without getting charged.
Door to the bathroom from bedroom is not solid. Complete fail.
The location of the suite doesn’t suit the price per night . Several blinds had to be put down so people didn’t look in from outside .
Very noisy location for what is supposed to be the most expensive room.

Not worth the Average. Not worth the money we paid.
Pros:

Comfortable bed and pillows.
Very clean.

Cons:

glass wall from bedroom to toilet/shower. No sound barrier. Very uncomfortable, used toilets outside property when we could.
Also room wasn’t ready by check-in time.
When you’re paying so much money and the room isn’t ready, not good enough. Spoke with receptionist regarding my feelings about this, with prompting she said she would speak with manager. Nothing……. Never heard anything back. Requested compensation, nothing. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Overpriced for our weekend due to the F1 being in town but at its regular price I’d say great value for money, good loca

Location was great.
Everything was very clean.

Cons:

The inflated price due to the F1.
The bathroom/toilet situation in the rooms.
The external access to our room. Just lucky it wasn’t raining.
