The gentleman at reception was amazing and really helpful. He let us check in hours earlier than planned. Probably the best customer service we ever had anywhere. I wish I asked for his name.

Amazingly friendly staff, comfy and has everything you need. Room layout makes good use of space, feels peacful and private. Slightly more expensive than id wanted but i didnt feel it was bad value! Good breaky options in the morning

Pictures WAY oversell this place!
Pros:

Great gym, and we really enjoyed the adjoining restaurant.

Cons:

This place is too cool for skool and definitely NOT five stars.
There is no valet, so good luck if you show up with lots of luggage, especially as the reception entry is not on the street. The “wine bar” next door has unpalatable wines by the glass and a Happy Hour which says it all. The restaurant scene in the neighbourhood is dire, with Vietnamese noodles leading the charge and it is a decently long Uber or tram to get anywhere decent.
And lastly, the rooms ARE NOT INSIDE. It’s like a motel — when you open your door, you are in open air (wind, rain) with a spectacular view of the parking lot. The pictures of the hotel do an artful job of avoiding showing this, but it’s not cool.

Nice hotel , which I would choose again if I wanted to stay in the centre of the city

Staff, location, breakfast are fantastic

Cons:

Not enough light into the rooms ,also there isn’t a toilet brush and slippers into the room . Also I would prefer to have teeth brushing kit .
