Loved the location! So easy to get around and felt perfectly safe to walk around at night. Room was spacious, bed was comfy and rain shower was a treat!

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil chaleureux, la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel qui est vraiment super. La chambre était spacieuse et le lit très confortable. Le service est irréprochable avec un ménage fait tous les jours, la délicate attention des 2 petites bouteilles d’eau quotidiennes, et des produits de soin (mains et corps) de très bonne qualité. La configuration de l'hôtel est aussi un grand plus : avec seulement 3 étages et sans besoin de badge par palier, il nous était très facile de rendre visite à nos amis (et c'est très rassurant en cas d'évacuation incendie). Enfin, l'emplacement est idéal : des places juste devant permettent de prendre un Uber facilement, et la rue regorge de restaurants très sympathiques.
Deux points d'amélioration sont à noter. D'abord, le manque d'intimité de la salle de bain : la proximité entre les WC et l'espace nuit, avec seulement une séparation vitrée, nous a un peu gênés (à éviter pour les jeunes couples). Ensuite, l'insonorisation par rapport à l'extérieur mériterait d'être revue. La route devant l'hôtel est très passante, ce qui occasionne du bruit la nuit (nous avons dû utiliser des boules Quies).

Right in the middle of food haven. It was such a beautiful boutique hotel with the bonus of having breakfast as part of the room booking
The lighting fixtures were a little dark and I could never get enough brightness even during the day - not really a problem and wouldn’t detract from the overall experience. One thing to note too is that because it’s right on Lygon street I got woken up by cars honking - again this isn’t anything to do with the hotel itself but just a note to be aware of
