Очень хороший отель,с антикварным интерьером .Все подобрано,мы ,как будто мы оказались в сказке. Прекрасный ,вежливый персонал . Великолепный завтрак!!! Место гостиницы просто чудесное, парк, розы, ландшафтный дизайн. Рекомендую всем!!!

Администратор Олеся, прекрасный человек, вежливая и отзывчивая, спасибо ей большое.

Cons:

Соотношение цена/качество, за ночь было уплачено 160 евро, номер конечно большой и хорошо обставленный, но мебель не новая, и очень уставшая. В стоимость входили бассейн, сауна и джакузи, однако воспользоваться ими не предоставлялось возможности, так как они находятся в открытом павильоне, а на улице было уже холодно. Вода в бассейне не подогревается. Температура джакузи была тоже едва теплой, в итоге я с семьёй не смог воспользоваться этой услугой. Вышло неоправданно дорого.

Beautiful gardens, very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

There was a good choice of breakfast items. It didn't feel rushed; it was a very personal service. The restaurant where breakfast was served had a charming atmosphere. It was on the ground floor, which was good for us as my husband is in a wheelchair. We have to mention the hosts, never before have we received such personalised attention. We will certainly be back.

Cons:

We can't say there was anything we didn't like.

Pros:

On the positive side, breakfast was good, and the location near the Sea Garden and a supermarket was convenient.

Cons:

We were very disappointed with our stay at Dallas Residence, despite its generally positive reviews. The room was spacious but dated, and the bathroom was particularly poor. The bath had not been properly cleaned and had a dirt ring, the shower holder was broken so the head had to be held by hand, and the toilet seat cover was broken and fell off. When we raised these issues with staff, they were barely acknowledged.



The amenities were also far below expectations. The gym contained extremely old and barely usable equipment, and the tennis court had been covered in solar panels. Having paid more here than for other hotels in the area, we decided to leave after just one night instead of staying for the four we had booked.

schöner Aufenthalt ,jederzeit wieder jedoch sollte das Preisverhältnis überprüft werden !!!!!!

Das Frühstück war sehr gut , es wurden auch extra Wünsche erfüllt
Mit dem Bus ist man in 10 min in der Stadt Varna
Zum Meer sind es wenige Minuten zu Fuß

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind Rustikal eingerichtet ...... aber vieles schon in die Jahre gekommen und wir finden trotz der
Größe .....viel zu viel an Einrichtungsgegenstände !!!!!!!!! " weniger kann mehr sein "
