Breakfast and hospitality
The staff were super nice
We had to leave at 3am because the people that we’re staying above us were super loud. I called the front desk and complained. The front desk did talk with them but they were still loud all night.
Clean and spacious room. Have stayed here before and will stay here again. Close to the Santera Mexican restaurant.

Due to a flight cancelation I needed a place to stay overnight in Billings, after a beautiful weekend in Fishtail.
Fishtail is hard to beat but the location of this hotel was perfect, easy access and close to many good spots to dine.
My room was huge, and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet so I enjoyed a lovely rest.
Breakfast was plentiful, many choices and steaming hot coffee was on point for this coffee snob.
Headed to the fitness center where there was high quality equipment, just enough to get a decent work out in.
Staff could not be more friendly and accommodating.
They made what could have been a grumpy traveler feel at home for an extra night.

I would stay here again! My husband and I got a king and a queen in the room due to an upgrade, (we didn’t use both). The room was spacious . I liked the longer luggage bench, the coffee table and seating area.
The pool was clean and just the right temperature.
Breakfast was good, with fruit, hot meat and eggs.
Only downside was that there was only one elevator for this large hotel. I was able to use the stairs for third floor room, but it would have been hard for the older couples, and those with kiddos to manage.

Elevator was a bit squeaky since our room was right across the way. Other than that, no complaints.
Was here for a work trip. Front Desk Erin was super nice and helpful. I think I was third in-line but it moved efficiently. I checked out the pool, a little dated but seemed very clean. Rooms looked recently updated and were actually quite spacious. Only thing to note is that there was construction in the lobby but I think its due to a update.
We booked this hotel for the pool after a long drive from Canada, but the pool was cloudy and unusable. Staff added chemicals, without testing the water, while we and our children were present, making the air difficult to breathe, and we had to leave the area. There were bandaids (yes plural) floating in the pool as well. Despite this poor effort to fix anything, the pool remained unusable the next day. When we asked about a resolution, we were told we already had a good rate. There was no follow-up, and when we called again, the conversation ended abruptly. We were deeply disappointed, especially since the pool was our reason for booking.
