Breakfast was good but average for the 140 a night. Too much milk or water in the eggs .
Too much chemicals in the hot tub. Easy to fix but when the desk person was told he came up with a lie on the spot. He said it was just treated right before I got in but I had seen other people in there for quite a while before I got there.
Rooms were very clean and quiet. Breakfast was wonderful and had a lot of options. Staff kept all food stocked and ready and tables promptly wiped down

The staff were super nice
We had to leave at 3am because the people that we’re staying above us were super loud. I called the front desk and complained. The front desk did talk with them but they were still loud all night.
Clean and spacious room. Have stayed here before and will stay here again. Close to the Santera Mexican restaurant.

Due to a flight cancelation I needed a place to stay overnight in Billings, after a beautiful weekend in Fishtail.
Fishtail is hard to beat but the location of this hotel was perfect, easy access and close to many good spots to dine.
My room was huge, and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet so I enjoyed a lovely rest.
Breakfast was plentiful, many choices and steaming hot coffee was on point for this coffee snob.
Headed to the fitness center where there was high quality equipment, just enough to get a decent work out in.
Staff could not be more friendly and accommodating.
They made what could have been a grumpy traveler feel at home for an extra night.

I would stay here again! My husband and I got a king and a queen in the room due to an upgrade, (we didn’t use both). The room was spacious . I liked the longer luggage bench, the coffee table and seating area.
The pool was clean and just the right temperature.
Breakfast was good, with fruit, hot meat and eggs.
Only downside was that there was only one elevator for this large hotel. I was able to use the stairs for third floor room, but it would have been hard for the older couples, and those with kiddos to manage.
The breakfast was awesome. Very helpful and friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay.
