Une nuit à oublier très vite et un hôtel à rayer de la carte

À vrai dire pas grand chose !!!

La chambre que nous avions réservé était avec un lit double , ils nous ont proposé une chambre avec 2 petits lits , puis ensuite une chambre avec un lit double (no 100) , chambre exiguë , salle de bain minuscule sans porte , porte d’entrée étroite pas aux normes , chambre très mal isolée et très mal ventilée…. Bref on se demande comment il est possible de proposer une chambre comme ceci et au prix d’une chambre normale ! Le responsable aurait pu au moins faire un geste commercial ! Le personnel n’était pas très accueillant, peu concerné. Quant au repas le soir c’était sans saveur .

goede kamer met airco. prima ligging voor doorreis. de oude binnenstad lag op 20 minuten wandelen , maar was goed te doen. enig probleem lag in het feit dat de we inclusief diner hadden geboekt , dat concept kwam de bediening niet bekend voor , maar zonder enige discussie prima opgelost. we zouden hier zo weer boeken.

Bien situé sur notre parcours vers l'Italie. Permet de découvrir Pontarlier. Parking sécurisé avec bornes de recharge bien appréciées.

Zu wenig Kleinigkeiten wie Kosmetiktücher ,Papierkorb nur im Bad,schlechtes Licht im Bad, nur ein Handtuchhalter, kein kleines Frottiertuch für Hände, Lavabo war verstopft , Wasser läuft sehr schlecht ab! Das hat uns nicht gefallen‼️

Perfekt für den Zwischenstop auf der Rückreise von Südfrankreich.
Pros:

Alles war ok. Wir wählten das Hotel, um einen Zwischenstop auf der Rückreise unseres Urlaubs einzulegen. Lage war abseits der Stadt im Industrie oder Vorstadteinkaufsgebiet. Sehr gut war, dass der Parkplatz eingezäumt war. Und super für uns, das der große Supermarkt fast nebenan war, um noch Einkäufe für die Rückreise zu tätigen.

Cons:

Leichter Geruch im Zimmer...vielleicht war es mal ein Raucherzimmer. Es war trotzdem ok, doch für empfindliche Gäste nicht so optimal. Wir fanden es für eine Nacht und Fenster auf ok.
