Lovely
Pros:

The hotel is comfortable, clean, and welcoming.
Honestly, I would almost keep this hotel a secret because it’s such a lovely find! 😄 But that wouldn’t be fair, so I’m happy to share it and let other people discover it too.
The staff are extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, and they always make you feel truly welcome. Their warm attitude really makes a difference.

Cons:

Everything was more than perfect.

Improvement needed for Clinic128 patients
Pros:

Nice hotel next to a busy road.
I came to have dental surgery at Smile128, got to the hotel at 03.00 am reception welcomed me, only information I got was breakfast from 06.00-10.00 nothing else.
Only English person here, very little English is spoken by the staff. Unlike at the last hotel Hampton@Hilton.
Only good thing is the swimming pool, but next to the road very noisy.
Management, would have been nice for information as what goes on in the hotel. But being a solo, probably I don’t matter to them.
Hopefully as Clinic128 has just started using the hotel things will improve, as there will be more solo patients.
Everywhere is clean and comfortable, rooms could do with refurbishing.
One negative cleaner for room in first few days, going off nearly demanding money.

Son 8 yıldır iş için çok sık kalıyorum ekipler harika herkes yardımcı oluyor, havuzu güzel odalar temiz yemekleri leziz hiç bir zaman İstanbul’da başka bir otel düşünmedim.

اقامة و مكان يصل للمتاز.
Pros:

كانت الإقامة مريحة بشكل عام. الغرف نظيفة وواسعة، والسرير مريح، كما أن طاقم العمل ودود ومتعاون وسريع في الاستجابة. الإفطار متنوع وجيد، ويوجد موقف سيارات، كما أن الفندق قريب من وسائل النقل مما يسهل التنقل داخل إسطنبول. مستوى النظافة والخدمة كان جيدًا طوال فترة الإقامة. اطلالة على البحر . و توفر معظم الخدمات حول المكان.

Cons:

1-لموقع ليس مثاليًا لمن يرغب في الإقامة داخل المناطق السياحية.
2- الوسائد لم تكن مريحة بما يكفي وكانت جودتها أقل من المتوقع.
3- عزل الغرف عن الضوضاء ليست بالمستوى المأمول.

الغرفة جدا صغيره والموكيت غير نظيف وقديم والعاملات لم ينظفوا الغرفة بشكل جيد ولايوجد مناديل في الغرفة وعند المغاسل والعاملات داخلنا وانا نايم دون استأذن لتنظيف الغرفة تجربة لنا تتكرر

It met my expectations. Quite, sea side with a big beautiful park at the sea side , running trail
