Pros:

Everything about it is beautiful, close to the center, with a breathtaking view of the Sea of ​​Marmara, but its prices are average. It's away from the crowds and deserves another visit.

Nice hotel for business and leisure
Pros:

Very good location, almost between two airports Istanbul and Sabiha. Breakfast and coffee are good. Tried the restaurant once, but I preferred to go to neibouring block, where there are plenty of good and upscale restaurants and cafes.
Bed us comfy, but more selection of pillows are necessary. My room was good with a great view of the sea. Staff are very kind and supportive. It will be my choice in future visits.

Cons:

Rooms are good but need routine maintenance. e.g. clogging of basin, battery of the safe, ...
Food quality in the restuarant should be improved in order to compete with restaurants nearby!

Superb hotel
Pros:

We stayed in Novotel Istanbul Zeytinburu from May 14–17, 2026 and we are very satisfied with tje service wevreceived. Tje reception Berk and his crew made an easy and amooth check in especially after 17 hours of travel. The room is great. The manager Kamil was very helpful in answering our questions and always available to help and hear our concerns. Our room has the beautiful view of the Bosphorous strait The breakfast food are superb! So many to choose from…. Sooooo good. This is an excellent hotel and highly recommended if you are in Turkey.

Novotel Zeytinburnu’nda harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadım. Fiyat-performans açısından gerçekten çok tatmin edici bir seçenekti; ödediğinizin çok üzerinde bir hizmet ve konfor sunuluyor.
Otelin olanakları son derece kapsamlı ve kaliteli. Her şey düşünülmüş, eksiksiz bir konaklama ortamı hazırlanmış.
Ancak en çok öne çıkarmak istediğim konu resepsiyon ekibinin olağanüstü hizmet anlayışı. İlk adımdan itibaren sıcak, profesyonel ve yardımsever bir karşılama ile her ihtiyacımız anında karşılandı. Bu düzeyde bir resepsiyon hizmetiyle çok az otelde karşılaştım.
Istanbul’da konaklama arayanlar için kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Tekrar geleceğim!

The location is amazing and it was clean.

Cons:

The room was hot like oven. Told many times to reception but they did not help despite promising for a fan. Called the reception and the person on the phone was rather rude.
