Overall were fine and good.
Pros:

Overall throughout the stays were good and comfortable with spacious room unit. For those who would love spending quality moment with calm without needing to experience busyness, this property could be in your listing.

Cons:

Nothing much just that you need to spend more on getting the public transport to be accessible to most of the tourist spots in Istanbul😀

Pros:

Stayed 10 nights at Novotel Istanbul Zeytinburnu.

Great location by the sea, with windows facing straight out to the water. Calm area, but still easy to reach the city.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping kept a steady standard.

The staff was professional and helpful throughout the stay.

I injured my finger during my stay. One of the receptionists, Misa or Selinay, stepped in and provided a first aid kit and support. That made a real difference.

Thank you to the whole team, and special thanks to Misa and Selinay.

I would stay again.

Много добро място за престой!
Pros:

Много приятен хотел. Чист и с просторни стаи. Страхотна гледка към морето. В близост има доста и добри ресторанти и кафенета. Супер парк за разходки на морската алея.

Cons:

Интернета на хотела като се свърже с някое у-во и му запомня МАК адреса и ако си смените стаята или се върнете в хотела след няколко дни отново - устройството ви е запомнено за друга стая и цикли.

• Exceptional Service: The staff's proactive attitude was impressive—specifically their quick response in providing an extra fan to ensure your comfort when the central AC was in heating mode.

Cons:

The only minor issue is the centralized air conditioning system, which is standard across Istanbul hotels. During colder months, it is switched to heating mode and cooling is unavailable. However, since I was already aware of this and the staff was kind enough to provide an extra fan, it didn't negatively impact my overall experience.

Was a satisfying stay.
Pros:

Spacious room. Excellent sea view. Friendly stuff. Receptionists are very friendly and very nice. Thank you.

Cons:

The room (1011) door was slamming. Apart from that, all is good.
