Good hotel for business and leisure
Pros:

A good 4 star hotel with a perfect location. Midway to both airports, seaview, next to upscale residential block having plenty of good restaurants, bars and cafés.

Sayın Otel Yönetimi,Bu e-posta, otelinizde gerçekleştirdiğim son konaklamada yaşadığım mağduriyet ve personelinizin dürüst olmayan yaklaşımı hakkında resmi şikayetimdir. Otelinizi daha önce 2 kez daha tercih etmiş ve memnun kalmış sadık bir müşteriniz olarak, bu son deneyimimden sonra otelinizle tüm ilişkimi kestiğimi ve bir daha asla konaklamayacağımı bildirmek isterim.Gece yarısı otele giriş yaptığımızda, tarafımıza deniz manzaralı bir odaya "upgrade" (oda yükseltme) yapıldığı söylendi. Ancak odaya geçtiğimizde klimanın soğuk hava üflemediğini fark ettik. İkinci günün sabahı durumu personele ilettik; yardımcı olacaklarını, sorun çözülmezse oda değişikliği yapacaklarını belirttiler. Fakat gece geç saatte otele döndüğümüzde klima hâlâ çalışmıyordu ve odada durulmayacak kadar sıcak bir hava vardı.Kendim bir teknisyen olarak, sistemdeki bu arızanın anlık bir durum olmadığını ilk andan itibaren anladım. Nitekim konaklamamızın son günü tekrar şikayete gittiğimde, personeliniz merkezi sistemde kronik bir sorun olduğunu, gücün yukarı katlara eşit dağılmadığını itiraf etmek zorunda kaldı.Bu durum, bizden önceki müşterinin kliması bozuk olduğu için odasını değiştirdiğini, yer kalmayınca da "manzaralı oda" kurnazlığıyla bu kusurlu odanın bilerek bize tahsis edildiğini açıkça göstermektedir. Bir teknisyen olarak otel yönetiminden ve personelinden en başta bu dürüstlüğü beklerdim. Ancak müdürden resepsiyona kadar tüm personelin aynı asılsız hikayeyi anlatarak bizi oyalaması ve aptal yerine koymaya çalışması kabul edilemez.Sadık bir müşterinize reva gördüğünüz bu ayıplı hizmet ve dürüstlükten uzak yaklaşım nedeniyle derin bir hayal kırıklığı yaşıyorum. Ödediğim ücretin karşılığı olan konforlu konaklama hizmetini alamadım.

מלון מצוין עם שירות מושלם, צוות מדהים וחוויה ברמה גבוהה. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

אהבנו מאוד את השהייה במלון. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מצוינת וטעימה מאוד, וגם המסעדה במלון הייתה נהדרת.

הצוות היה מקצועי, אדיב ושירותי מאוד, ותמיד דאג שכל בקשה תטופל בזמן. החדרים היו נקיים, מסודרים ונוחים, והמלון כולו מעניק תחושה יוקרתית, נעימה ומטופחת.

אהבנו במיוחד את תשומת הלב לפרטים הקטנים – בזמן השהייה בבריכה הצוות חילק מים, פירות ודברים נוספים שהפכו את החוויה לנעימה עוד יותר.

השירות של כל אנשי הצוות היה יוצא מן הכלל, ואנחנו בהחלט נשמח לחזור בעתיד.

לא היה שום דבר שלא אהבנו. הכול היה מושלם, והחוויה עלתה על כל הציפיות שלנו.

J’ai réservé exprès dans cet hôtel pour 2 chambres avec vu sur mer bien stipulé sur le descriptif des chambres et nous avons eu qu’une seule chambre avec vu sur mer . Et quand nous avons demandé à changer on nous a donné une explication farfelue . « Le descriptif ne correspond pas forcément à la chambre »
