Séjour confortable avec une équipe attentive et sympathique
Pros:

J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’accueil chaleureux du personnel de la réception, le matin comme le soir. L’équipe est souriante, aimable et toujours prête à aider. Un grand merci à Mr Fettah pour sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme et son excellent accueil, ainsi qu’au réceptionniste du soir, dont je ne connais malheureusement pas le nom, pour son accueil également très apprécié

I like the stay in Ibis with the staff hospitality and the cleaning staff
Pros:

The location is nice and near to the airport and also near the tram station which very important to everyone .

Cons:

No swimming pool
Internet connection is weak
The isolation of the windows need to be more secure
