設備有點舊，不像四星酒店，插座不多且需彎腰麻煩

地理位置不错，床也很舒服

The only issue is too noisy in the room. Can hear outside noise clearly like open the door in the midnight and people talk outside. Rest are ok.

The location is good and the room size is okay. You may walk about 10 mins to 树兜 subway. Yet, the WiFi doesn’t work for Facebook, goggles and down load of photo from WhatsApp.

整體而言，還算不錯，地點亦佳，但房間空調太冷了，雖然有溫度調節功能，卻都無效，即使調到最高溫甚至暖氣功能，溫度仍然沒變。

房間很舒適！很喜歡！

早餐选择有点少，虽然是非吸烟房，但开了空调之后烟味很重，不过整体来说是个不错的饭店

本來預定的是無菸房，但櫃台接待人員很好心的幫我升等房間，但茶几上卻放了煙灰缸，本也不以為意，但睡覺時就聞到床上有淡淡的煙味，對於不抽煙的我而言，是感覺不太舒服的，當然，我應該早點向櫃台反映的。除此之外，這間酒店的位置很好，設備維持的還不差，價位合理，總體而言，除了煙味這件事情外，算是不錯的選擇。

舒適

Overall clean and fresh room. Good nearly full size 'twin' beds, but a tad firm for me. The AC worked well and was actually chilly the whole time, not just the first couple days like some places. That's important because the temperature outside went up to 100 degrees (F) with mad humidity.

The hotel is situated against a relatively busy road so the vehicular noise was audible in the evenings and early mornings, even on the 9th floor. It bothered me at first but I got used to it by the 2nd day of my week stay. The location made it easy to hail cabs.

The hotel offered wired and wireless internet, but I had minor intermittent connection issues and inconsistent speeds with both.

Not much day to day variety for the included breakfast but had ample selection and decent coffee. Sufficient for a quick, warm meal to start the day.

Only major negative (1 point off room comfort) was the shower curtain. It was both flimsy and not wide enough to cover the tub during showering and water splashed on the floor after every shower. The shower had really good pressure but had to turn it way down to keep the water from splashing too much.

방의 시설이나 청결도를 보면 일반적인 베트스 웨스턴호텔보다 시설이 좋지 않음을 알수 있습니다.
대체적으로 3성급 호텔 같은 느낌입니다.

整體環境唔錯,大堂接待員有禮貌,詳細解答問題.
入住兩天都落大雨,原本想在酒店內餐廳解決,可是一間結業,一間西餐廳價錢太貴,一間中菜館營業時間過短,最後酒店職員幫忙叫外賣,才得以解決.

Excellent response on requests, no second reminder. Even small requests

Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The limousine hire at the hotel was truly amazing and even helped us carry our luggage into the train station waiting room. Unfortunately with the Metro transport under contruction around the hotel site there were traffic jam during working hours. Otherwise I would definitely recommend this hotel as it is close to all must-see sights. Choice of breakfast which was included was fantastic and to our taste.
