Decent for the price but I immediately cleaned everything when i got home.
Pros:

Breakfast was fresh i love Their coffee as well.

Cons:

The bathroom curtains were worn and tore and too short for the shower. The bed looked clean but the floor didn’t looked vacuumed. Like maybe some left over chips. Or the vacuum didn’t pick everything up. Who knows. Just some feedback

Bed. Staff was nice

Cons:

Room wasn't cleaned very well. Bed sheets were okay. The bathroom had dirt in the corner behind door. The counter was not clean. It was gritty.
The toilet was rocking and not secure.

Nice location
Pros:

Location was great, close to food,and downtown PC, took about 30 min to get to Pier Pk

Cons:

Couch was dirty, feet turned black from walking on room floor. Bed is not that comfortable.

Great price and location
Pros:

Location was great, breakfast is good.

Cons:

The smell of weed in the elevators , hall and in room was awful.
It smelled thru the vents as well.
The pull out couch mattress was stained badly and very lumpy. Needs to be replaced. The couch needs a good cleaning , it’s very dirty. Paint peeling over shower .

Pros:

Rooms could use a deep clean. I had two rooms that was supposed to be beside each other but they had a guest stay and extra night so they split them up till next day. The first room had a strong musty smell our second room was nice and had perfume smell. Next day they gave us a room beside our other room it had musty smell just not as strong. Be cautious around the pool area tbey have piece in fence that is broke and my daughter was able to go through it.

I am a travel nurse and the only problem I have is no freezer in the refrigerator for my ice packs for my cooler. Very comfortable stay!
