Best Western Plus The Inn & Suites at the Falls

Filthy windows, dark and dreary, dirty bathroom with sink literally detaching from the wall, bedroom and bathroom doors didn't completely close, cream for morning coffee was old and spoiled which is just sooooo disgusting!!!!
The entire in and outside of building needs a major u haul!!!!!

it was so over priced! $282 for one night in an average hotel

Very old facility, outdated and dingy.

the curtain was falling off the hooks there were stains on the walls and the lampshade was falling apart. The supplied shampoo/conditioner only conditioner was there no shampoo. You could see through the toilet paper. The fridge rocked, visibly unstable. something dripped on the wall beside the bed and was still there. Things from a previous tenants stay were still in the desk drawer.

o hotel é antigo, porem muito bonito. A atual administração nao está cuidando dele como deveria. a limpeza nao é feita, varias teias de aranha nas portas, nos cantos, lençois bem danificados. atendimento de limpeza deixou a desejar, dois dias se reposição das toalhas.
comida é tipica de hotel americano, mas sem nenhuma variação (uma semaa inteira e as mesmas maças), sem outra opção de fruta. o café tambem tinha opção de escolha entre late ou cappucino mas ambos saiam café preto.
não havia reposição do que acabava. se nao acordasse cedo para comer, nao tinha mais bacon, por exemplo.

Staff was rude and indignant. Ac were very old barely working. Apparently hot water only available if u go to svc desk first. No toilet paper. Stained carpet. And the pillows and bedding was weathered and old and u can tell poorly refurbished. Get a new pillow dont stuff into a smaller pillowcase.

The room was extremely dirty with the property being in complete disrepair. Many other reviews have noted a pervasive smell of dirty dog and mildew which is probably explained by the carpets and furniture which seem to be over 25 years old and not subject to regular cleaning. The carpets were torn/coming up from the floor, the curtains were ripped, the couch was visibly stained throughout (impressive that stains were visible since it was dark brown). If this were an extremely cheap stay, the awful conditions would be understandable but it's not. Our family showered immediately after leaving as the conditions seemed deeply unsanitary.

The price was overcharged,the wheelchair accessible ramp hard to get in and out.

das Hotel war einfach, die Zimmer sehr hörig (man hat alles von den Nachbarzimmern gehört). Leider musste man oft erst bitten, wie um Toilettenpapier, um etwas aufgefüllt zu bekommen.

I did not enjoy the fact that I could not get the room. I requested on the 1st floor.\n That the elevator had difficulty in running. Someone had to run up-and-down to make sure that it,was working so I was able to get on it. I had a mobility issue which is why I wanted the 1st floor room. The fact that the hot water was not in service on the 1st day that of my stay.
