Very realxing
Pros:

The staff was really nice and really helpful. The room and the bed was really comfortable and homey. The pool was really nie after a really stressful week and a good getaway for me and my husband. Will definitely come back.

Cons:

i did not like that the breakfast was not for everyone. and how warm the rooms were no matter if you touched the theromstat. I also did not like the shop was card only. The last and only thing is the minimize towels in the room.

It was amazing.
Pros:

I really enjoyed myself. Was pleasantly please with everything my family just enjoy the hotel from the beginning to the end. I would most definitely recommend. Highly recommend that if anyone has the opportunity to stay at Doubletree, they will most definitely be treated like royalty

Cons:

That we had to leave it was time to go. We had put our time in and I wish that we would’ve had more time to been there.

Good until it wasn’t.
Pros:

During the day-before we found out someone was squatting in one of our rooms-we had a pleasant experience. 3/4 rooms were nice and clean. The tv even had a welcome note.

Cons:

When it was time to go to bed THERE WAS SOMEONE IN OUR ROOM (not a hotel guest might I add). The hotel was fully booked so we squeezed into our other hotel room so someone had to sleep on the ground. The worker that night was very nice and tried his best. Getting a refund for a suite has been a nightmare-they say they can’t do anything because it was paid through booking.com. After several emails back and forth(the lady was nice but honestly I don’t think she tried anything to get this resolved). It’s basically been left to me to resolve even though the hotel was the one who messed up. They offered equivalent in points which does not work since we split the cost of the suite.

Pretty good
Pros:

Our suite was quite comfortable.

Cons:

We had a 2 room suite with a TV in both rooms as well as the bathroom, but the bathroom TV did not work, and there was only one remote.

Staff was kind. Down stairs was nice

Cons:

The room smelt like a brothel. The fridge had old nasty smelling food. The toilet was gross and had dried pee on the back. The beds are like sleeping on the ground. No fitted sheets for the beds just a flat sheet then two flat sheets sandwiching a nasty stained duvet.

Great staff, great stay!
Pros:

I have had the pleasure of staying at this property for many years. The property was a Hilton for as long as I can remember. My wedding party stayed there 40 years ago and have been going back ever since. They have changed brands recently to the Doubletree and are in the process of renovating all of their rooms. Love that cookie. The hotel was well maintained and clean. The room was clean and serviced every day. Thanks to the front desk staff, the great bartenders in their beautiful lounge, the restaurant staff and the management staff, our stay was wonderful. Thanks again for a great stay. We'll be back.

Not as expected from Hilton
Cons:

The room had a clogged sink that was never completely fixed. We were not told the room wouldn't be cleaned if we didn't ask. They came and took our dirty towels and didn't leave clean ones. Carpets were stained, eternity cord hanging from the ceiling. It was not what I expected from a Hilton hotel.

Pros:

Changed my room 2x. Wreaked like smoke and must. Shower was barely warm and tub would not drain. Open bottles of water in one of the rooms. Very unhappy.

Pros:

Old hotel in the process of updates. Biggest issue was smelling smoke in the halls at times. Otherwise, nice and interesting place. Friendly and helpful staff! Delicious restaurant options as well!
