Pros:

The front staff was friendly and polite. The front office also had coffee and tea for customers convenience. The rooms were quite clean. It had amenities with coffee in room and provision of bathroom amenities.
They had good breakfast with variety of options. The staff at the breakfast area are friendly and thanking customers after enjoying their breakfast.

The Abby Inn is my favorite place to stay, while in Cedar City. They always have a great breakfast. It has gotten more expensive to stay here over the past four years, but I got an incredible price on Expedia for this trip. Only downside is it tends to be loud from the street noise, as it seems the college students love to drive up and down the main drag with their loud exhausts.

Clean, breakfast was great. Even this motel is older, they have updated and kept things nice. Friendly staff. We are on a road trip and this was the most comfortable mattress we slept on.

Pros:

Very well maintained property. Disappointed that major construction was going on when we arrived and there was no warning before we booked. It turned out not to be too disruptive but should have been flagged because the whole front of the hotel was torn up.
