Hilton Garden Inn Frederick

Our room was spotless and comfortable, especially the beds! The staff was very outgoing and helpful, from the moment we checked in until we checked out the following day. The hotel breakfast was delicious and the server was exceptionally welcoming and friendly. We had a delightful conversation with him. I would not consider staying in any other hotel in the Frederick area. The Hilton Garden Inn was great!!!!!

Tamieeka at front desk was very courteous, accommodating. Signed me up for Hilton Rewards, which took no time at all, provided free breakfast the next morning for me & my mom. Much appreciated. The breakfast exceeded our expectations! Attentive waiter. Very fresh fruit, excellent bacon. All staff we encountered were very courteous.

My husband and I made an unplanned overnight stop in Frederick at this hotel. We chose it because we had had a long day and wanted to grab a drink and snack at the hotel restaurant/bar instead of going out. At check-in we were told that the restaurant was closed. No explanation was provided. We were disappointed but there were several restaurants nearby. The common spaces and our room were clean and nicely furnished. The customer service was pleasant. The next morning, we chose to have breakfast in the common area It’s a cooked to order breakfast for about $15 per plate. It sounded OK to us. We just wanted to eat and go. What a mistake! It took almost an hour and a half for us to get through breakfast and paying the check because the service was so slow. The regular coffee urns were empty the entire time. Items that were supposed to be included on the plates were not. A beverage that was ordered was not served. The one person working the floor was doing her best, but she was doing everything for a crowd. We might stay at this hotel again but we will skip breakfast.

There was blinking blue lights coming from ac unit and clearly broken. This was a one nite stay and told us sorry maintenance would be there in the morning. Also refused to provide another room. So had to check out at midnight and check into another hotel. Literally, got transferred between 4 offices to provide a complaint only to be eventually sent back to the hotel line who did not pick up. Can’t believe this hotel is a Hilton service was so bad. Plenty of options around area, avoid this one.

Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. Was not greeted as a gold member, no smiles, no warmth. Room was adequate and clean, but that’s it.

I will never stay at this Hilton Garden Inn again. The level of filth throughout the entire property was absolutely unacceptable. Upon walking into the lobby, my shoes were literally sticking to the tile floors.The common areas and room furniture were broken down and covered in massive stains. The door to our room had a huge crack on the inside, which felt like a massive safety hazard.Things got even worse when checking the beds. One of the beds had wrinkled, wadded-up sheets that didn't even fit the mattress properly. Worse, they were stained a disgusting yellow color and covered in stray hairs.To top it all off, the hotel automated system sent me a text message asking how my stay was going. When I replied honestly with these issues, I was completely ignored. No response, no apology, and no fix.Save your money and stay somewhere else. This place is neglected and dirty.

Easy location off the highway. Beautiful modern hotel with the most helpful people working there! Indoor pool was great! Breakfast was made to order!!!

Staff was friendly and everything was stocked nicely in the room and everything was clean.

Check in was quick, very nice staff. Location perfect. Nice and quiet. Free parking. Spacious room. The gym was great says my husband, especially the spinning bike.
