There was a very nice woman at the front desk who tried so hard to help us after discovering that Booking.com had robbed us blind. Unfortunately, Booking.com does not allow the hotel any flexibility to do that. The hotel staff was very courteous.
My disappointment lies in Booking.com. Not so much the hotel. There was a very nice woman at the check-in desk who tried so hard to help us but was unable to because Booking.com does not allow the hotel that kind of flexibility. As if it's your hotel. You robbed us blind on the rate, charging me $62 more than the hotel's rate for our room. Who do you think you are?? You also mislead us on the size of the room. You did not allow the hotel to offer us an alternate room that we would be happy with b/c of Booking.com's restrictions. Know that my family and everyone I ever speak to in the future will never, EVER suggest or recommend using Booking.com. You are horrible, greedy and your only interest is in lining your pockets and not the satisfaction of your customers. You should be ashamed of yourselves and I dare you to post this review.
Great location and was very clean.
Insufficient lighting in the room. Only one side of the bed had light.
The bed was decently comfortable. The lobby is pretty.
The first day I ordered an omelet and it took the poor guy like 25 minutes to get it to me. He was very nice and trying very hard but I think there were too many people and only one cook. There was no hot shower on either morning. I was told after day one of this to let the water run longer before getting in. I did that but it still never got hot. Very disappointing-especially for such a relatively expensive place. Also, no one told me that for people only staying two days, no one cleans your room. To blame this on Covid 5 years after the fact is just ridiculous. You should tell people up front that if they want their room cleaned, they have to ask. This seems crazy to me 5 years post covid.
Breakfast was horrible. Pancakes were burnt, fried potatoes weren’t apart of meal ordered. Wasn’t worth $15; should be complimentary like other hotels as much as you pay for room. Staff not friendly.
Food, staff, room had light that kept going out and it was dark in room besides the light.

When I contacted the hotel was told breakfast was included but when I arrived it wasn't because of my Hilton Honors status
Staff was friendly and remembered us the next day after check-in. Breakfast was delicious - better on the weekdays when it's made to order instead of the weekend buffet. Check-in and check-out was simple and fast. Bedroom area was meticulously clean.
Facilities were outdated. The interiors look straight out of the 70s with dull browns, greens, and stripes. Bathrooms need to be re-caulked and had mold and mildew in the cracks. I would not recommend for children too young to take a shower standing up.

The hotel was really nice and beautiful. The staff was friendly, rooms were nice and roomy, and I am picky on beds and these were pretty good. I slept well. It was not far from anything and our time here with our family was a great long weekend stay. We would stay here again.

Stayed for 1 night will never stay again hotel had 2 queen beds one of the beds was filled completely of hair called front desk several times no answer could not use the bed
