Good option for central Tokyo.
Pros:

Good location, 600m from nearest metro. Breakfast is excellent with lovely views, a very good mix of Japanese and Western. Room/bath fine for Tokyo standards, bed comfortable.

Cons:

The light switch stopped working at 7pm and only option offered was switch to another room. We were tired so my husband fixed it himself. Not great. Also, too many plastic bottles of water given and room slippers. Would be better to improve for environmental reasons, maybe give upon request? Nothing major though.

A quality hotel with very attentive staff in an upscale Tokyo district with excellent breakfast to make up for tiny hote
Pros:

Excellent & attentive staff, good building in a prime upscale Akasaka Tokyo location near subway and restaurants, opposite a temple and Imperial garden grounds. Excellent breakfast buffet not to be missed. Good quiet room, comfortable bed with good temp control.

Cons:

Very small cramped room for 2 people, very small closet, difficult to unpack 2 bags

Pros:

Small but very efficient rooms with many amenities.
Quiet and clean. Excellent location with a short walk to the stations.
We had a medium sized and a cabin sized suitcase. Any more bags would have made the space very tight.
Loved the night gowns that they provided.

Cons:

No complaints. Everything was as expected.

The stay was wonderful, and we would gladly return.
Pros:

Delicious fresh fruit, latte machine, pancakes, and omelets!!! Beautiful view for breakfast! The room was clean and cool. Nice TV! Good size room for Tokyo.

Cons:

Breakfast is kind of late for travelers still adjusting to time change. Need more hangers in room.

Pros:

Herausragendes Frühstück und tolle Lage. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Die Zimmer sind schon recht klein, aber alles machbar. Würden wieder hier buchen!

Great hotel for family with kids
Pros:

The hotel was great, very comfortable beds, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast diverse and tasty. Excelent location, very easy to get around Tokyo by metro.

Cons:

We really enjoyed it, nothing to mention here.
