Hotel comodo e confortevole
Pros:

Hotel molto vicino alla stazione, quindi posizione comoda. Stanze un po' vintage come stile ma con tutti i comfort. Servizio di spedizione bagagli disponibile. Staff disponibile e molto gentile.

Cons:

La finestra in stanza una volta aperta non si riusciva a richiudere, ma lo staff gentilmente l'ha fatto per noi, solo che non l'ho più aperta per sicurezza.

Kinda expensive compared to what you get.
Pros:

It is close by Osaka station

Cons:

The hotel is very old from the inside. And it doesn’t suit the luxurious neighborhood. They provide some amenities and offer pyjamas but it smelled like it was already worn.

車で利用しましたが、駐車場にいた係の方もとても優しく駐車場の利用の仕方を教えてくださいました。
部屋は本当にモダンで綺麗で、素敵な時間が過ごせました。次回の大阪滞在の際も予約したいと思います。

The hotel was beautiful and it brings you back in time.
Pros:

It’s like a Victorian era type building. It’s so amazingly beautiful! There’s a chapel for weddings. It’s a 16th century replica of St. Goedele’s chapel in Belgium. And the staff is the best!!!

Cons:

It’s being renovated. You don’t see the full beauty of the building. The chapel isn’t clean. Maybe when the renovation is done, it will look better.

Très bon hôtel quand on est de passage.
Pros:

Proche de la gare d’Osaka. Le confort de la chambre et le petit-déjeuner copieux. La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel.

Overall, a great stay and would recommend to more travellers.
Pros:

The property is very close to the Osaka station. The staff are courteous, all amenities provided and the property is clean and maintained well.

We really liked the size of our room as we were a party of 3 people.

Cons:

The only point of improvement would be there not being enough electrical outlets to suffice for 3 people with there being no outlets at all next to one of the beds.
