很舒服的住宿經驗
Pros:

泡湯的環境做得很棒，濕氣不會一直留在空氣中，而且溫泉的溫度很適中，整體感覺很棒

Lovely relaxing stay.
Pros:

The room was spacious, well-appointed and comfortable. All the staff, even the bed-making team, were friendly, and the breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the spa facilities are small compared to the size of the hotel. We were able to confirm crowding levels of both breakfast and the spa from our room tv, and they were both "full" most of the time. When we did go to either, they were very busy, but still good bathing facilities and an excellent buffet breakfast!

직원분들이 매우 친절하고 서비스가 훌륭합니다. 특히 객실관리 직원분들이 엄청 친절하시고 최상의 서비스를 제공해 주십니다.
객실 내부 대욕장 전부 만족합니다. 다시 오게 된다면 이 호텔을 1순위로 생각하고 예약할 것 같습니다.

Cons:

스스키노쪽 거리가 애매하게 좀 됩니다. 삿포로역 쪽은 접근성이 아주 좋습니다.

Overall, quite good since this is a solid hotel group but a little disappointed with my experience.
Pros:

Clean and updated. Good breakfast selection. Great that the airport limousine bus stops directly in front of the hotel.

Cons:

Overall, the staff was welcoming but at check in the young male desk clerk was unfriendly and somewhat dismissive. He left me with a negative impression but fortunately I have stayed at other Monterey properties in Japan which were welcoming so I’m not adverse to this hotel group. However, I’m not likely to return to this particular hotel when I return to Sapporo.

I asked about leaving our suitcases (3) since we were returning in 7 days for a 3 night stay and he was adamant that they would not accommodate me. The next morning I mentioned my disappointment to another front desk clerk and she immediately accommodated our party of three. Yay for her!

飯店人員專業，浴場水準一流。如果浴場每日的開放時間能再延長就好了~

Cons:

如果能改成個室獨立空調就好了。
10月中下旬入住中央空調已經是暖氣，怕悶熱可開窗，但風聲很大。

床很好睡

Cons:

飯店距離離車站跟主要逛街區域其實滿遠的，（年輕人）步行是肯定超過10分鐘，附近也沒有太熱鬧，所以這個住宿價格覺得偏貴，另外室內滿熱的，浴室偏簡陋沒有乾濕分離。
