good classy stay
Pros:

The customer service and front desk staff were efficient and always available. The room itself was good sized and comfortable with great amenities and very clean. the sauna and public bath facilities were top notch and well maintained, there would be workers coming in to clean and check in

Cons:

the rooms didn't have any cooling ability such as the window couldn't open or there was no cooling option on the thermostat. the room would get stuffy as a result. i wish the hours for the public bath were a little longer so that i could soak after a long day out and a late dinner.

期待以上の体験でした
Pros:

スタッフの対応がとてもよい。何一つなくストレスなく過ごせる。きれいで広いラウンジ、結婚式場を備えているおかげかその雰囲気をすべてに備えており、清潔感がすごい。部屋にもラグジュアリを感じる。何一つ文句ない。

Cons:

加湿空気清浄機に水が入っておらず自分で給水しなければならなかったこと。

Location is right in between the train station and tourist shopping areas. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

They offered coffee in the late afternoon, but not the morning. It would be helpful to offer this service in the morning.

I don’t mind coming back again but no three twin beds in the room. It’s not enough room to walk between the two beds.

Pros:

部屋が広くベットも良かった。フロントの愛想は良かった。

Cons:

備え付けのカップが洗われていなくて、クリームがこびりついて乾いており、それを知らずに日本茶を入れたら、真っ白に濁ってしまった。不潔です。洗面所に髭剃りやバスキャップがなく、フロントに電話しないといけなかった。もう少し考えてほしい。外国人観光客の傍若無人なふるまいを規制する方法を考えてほしい。

It was comfortable hotel to stay in and in a good location
Pros:

The quadruple room had ample space for our family of four and I was pleasantly surprised that there was a dressing area not shown in the photos. The breakfast was great and had variety. The hotel is nicely situated between Sapporo Station and Odori park. The Sapporo TV tower could be seen from our room, and it provided a great point of reference going back to the hotel. The airport limousine also stops in front of the hotel; and the one going to the airport stops only a block away. There are nearby restaurants and a convenience store in the same block.

Cons:

Not much. If I will nitpick, the heating could get a bit warm. Turning it off solves the problem though sometimes it can get too cold.
