ロケーションは札幌駅や繁華街も近く最高でした。また1階にコンビニもあり便利でした。

施設は想定以上、フロント係りは期待外れ。
Pros:

施設はとても良かったです。エレベーターがはやいので待ち時間が少なく、温泉も快適でした。パジャマがとっても気持ちが良いのも良かったです。ブランケットも気持ち良かったです。

Cons:

チェックインの際に知っておくべきことを全く案内されず、一々自分で検索したり、テレビの施設案内を見ないといけなかったです。一番不親切と思ったのは、エレベーターの乗り方で、本館でしたがカードキーをかざないといけないというのは言ってもらわないと気が付かない。あと、何故か私はチェックインチェックアウトも研修中の人に案内され、時間はかかるし、詳細は省かれるし、隣の経験豊かなフロント係りにあたったお客さんが羨ましかったです。どうして、経験豊かなフロント係りは手が空いてるのに敢えて私は研修中に回されたのか不思議です。

交通方便，泡湯舒服，早餐好吃 ;)
Pros:

市中心很方便，附近很多景點走路就到。
浴場泡的很舒服，休息室看景，喝的飲料都很讓人放鬆。
早餐總類很多，樓層高看出去的景很好，很棒的飯店 :D

Cons:

早餐大廳吃飯的時後，會聞到油煙味，應該是坐的離歐姆蛋近的關係。
(但歐姆蛋做的很好吃)

Great hotel
Pros:

Hotel is in good location walkable distance to Susukino area/ underground subway/ shopping. Many eateries places near by. Bus to and from airport is only short walk from the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is comfortable and clean. Very comfortable bed. Love the onsen spa is so relaxing to use after a long day trip. Would stay again when in Sapporo.

Cons:

The complimentary coffee machine in the guest lounge is not open for long periods.

Pros:

Bed & pillows are comfy. Room is big enough to open 2 big suitcases

Cons:

there are 3 washing machines and 3 dryers only. I had to wait for dryer up to 00:30, especially someone are selfish to leave their clothes inside the dryer overnight
