Pros:

高級感満載なのに低価格で、とっても良かったです。

Cons:

お客さんが多かったのか、チェックインの待ち時間が長く、待合フロアーがあるのも知らず暫くフロントの離れた所で立って、待ってました。誘導するスタッフさんも何も教えてくれず対応に追われてました。誘導員さんの不機嫌さも伝わり余計に出だしの印象が悪かったです。
新人の子に教える態度の悪さも見てられず、せっかくの品が損なわれた感がしました。メガネのかけた女性。英語は堪能でしたが。メガネのかけた男性もイマイチな接客でした。受付の方はとても良かったです。
客室で名誉挽回でした！

Great hotel close to restaurants and shopping malls with delightful staff
Pros:

Good sized room with fabulous view of the TV Tower. Easy walking distance to fabulous restaurants and shopping mall. Super hot shower. Breakfast was delicious with a good range of Western and Japanese items on offer. Staff were delightful and very helpful.

Cons:

Minor issue - Beds were a little hard compared to what we are used to at home.

部屋は快適でしたが下水臭がたまらなく臭い。系列のホテルも利用しますがここまで酷くはない。

またぜひ泊まりたいです
Pros:

翌日、札幌ファクトリーで写真撮影をひかえていたので、近いホテルと思いこちらに宿泊しました。
駅からの立地もよく、お部屋も落ち着いた雰囲気で快適でした。何より食事がおいしかったです！

Cons:

近くのコンビニに行くために、一度外にでなければならないのが残念でした。ホテルから外に出ずに行けそうな箇所があるものの、封鎖されていたのでそこが繋がっているとよりよいと感じました。
