The location is great , with Tenjin station 3 mins walk , Nissan rental car next door , 7 eleven attached.

ホテル1Fにセブンイレブンがあることが便利ですし、ホテル前には、有名な屋台もいくつかありロケーションは利便性がよいと感じました。
Pros:

朝食ビュッフェのメニューが豊富でした。地産地消へのこだわりも感じました。特に美味しかったのはホワイトコーンのスープです。何気に梅干しにもこだわりを感じ、こういう付け合わせのものもしっかり美味しいのは嬉しいポイントです。

Cons:

バスルームの手すりの下面に黒カビがあるのが気になりました。おそらくカビキラーで消滅できるレベルの汚れだと思うのでもう一歩頑張ってもらいたいです。

Room was dirty, toilet has on the back some brown substance. It was been cleaned after I did complain but it was been there!

The walls had some fluid remainings as well.
