Pros:

Location is near the main station which was great. Room is also really spacious. The free spa is decent considering that it is free admission.

Cons:

Staff wasn't really friendly and welcoming. Air purifier was dripping water so had to turn it off

また仙台に行ったら泊まりたい！
Pros:

対応がとても良かったですし、アップグレードされて、とても広いお部屋で過ごすことができました。アメニティグッズもかなり充実していて、とても快適でした。

また歩いて朝市に行けました
大通りにも接していて駐車場も敷地内で雨風防いで荷物の乗せ下ろしにも快適です

ほてるがよかったので最高の旅になった。
Pros:

スパがいい、スタッフの対応も親切丁寧。ホテルの雰囲気も素敵。ホテルのお部屋の床がフローリングで快適。エレベーターの中や各階の調度品が統一されていてとても素敵。

Very nice hotel, easy access 5mins from JR station.
Pros:

Tasteful hotel with high quality furnishing, mimicking classic American hotels. Great beds and good duvet. Bathroom is nice and not tiny. Silent place. Not seen rushing high school groups.

Cons:

Japanese bath on top floor is rather small, but has a sauna and staff&services compensates (rest seats, ice cream, free beer even). A little bit overpriced.

Pros:

Hôtel à proximité immédiate de la gare et proche de toutes commodités. La chambre était superbe et confortable. Le petit déjeuner était excellent.

Cons:

Malheureusement je n'ai pas pu profiter des bains, étant beaucoup tatouée. S'il pouvait y avoir une alternative comme une tranche horaire où cela serait ouvert à tous, cela aurait été parfait.
