Pros:

The location for where we were visiting was convenient and this place was tolerable for one night but the comfort of the beds and pull out bed on the couch were very low standard. As well as the pillows. Me, my husband, and 17yo all woke up with back and neck hurting.

Loved the area, overall terrible amenities for a hotel. Will not use comfort inn again.

I love the location of the hotel, it was near where I was going for the weekend and very easy to get in and out of.

Cons:

The staff were friendly but very slow at any request whether it be towels for the room that were not provided or pillows. No cups in the breakfast area. No TV remote, no channels on the TV, broken sink counter, light bulbs missing and burnt out in lamps, etc. Clean bed to sleep in, that is it.

Not clean.. trash cans dirty...had not been dusted at all. tub needs replacing (bad) ..#408 i have to eat something for breakfast and before I stay I make sure they have waffle machine well there was machine no mix or I can eat white bread with jelly no white bread so next day brought my own bread 4 nights last day which was today they had a good suppy food and my waffle BUT no forks wow another let down ...also couple with 3 kids was there and they couldn't believe no forks with kids ...
