This was my favorite stay in Alabama.
Pros:

I loved everything about the hotel. The staff was excellent. The rooms were nice, clean, and big. The location is perfect right in Midtown.

Cons:

Everything thing was excellent, but if I just had to knit pick. The pool was closed which was not a big deal at all.

Terrible. Upon entering the hallway on the 2nd floor, the strong smell of weed was seeping
Cons:

The hotel was closed a place where homeless campout. They stole my things that include beach tent, beach mat, beach umbrella, beach chairs and big beach wagon. I left them in a rack behind my vehicle but secured with a net. My car was parked right in front of the hotel. One of the rooms that were not even clean so we have to request another one. Then upon checked out, they charge me for that 2nd room. I haven't received my refund yet.

The entire hotel needs renovations. The room was subpar and did not match the pictures on the the website.

Cons:

Smell, spots on the couch, carpet nasty. Facility itself wasn't a good stay at all. What makes it even worse I tried canceling it and they wouldn't let me. I see why now, because they probably don't get enough business.

Communication between Booking.com and the hotel was not good at all. The Hotel canceled our rooms and they say they noti

Idk reservation was canceled before I got there

Cons:

The front desk clerk is very rude. She said that she notified Booking.com the morning of the 10th letting them know that the reservation was being canceled so when we arrived at 11 P at 11 AM our rooms had been canceled and nobody contacted us to let us know.

And what I didn't like was that I came at the wrong time with the swimming pool being repaired.

Very clean room and the skinny guy at the front desk was very helpful and nice.
Pros:

The skinny man at the front desk was great. The room was clean. Although there wasn’t a comforter in the room it was nice. The breakfast was awful. There wasn’t anyone present to help discard of what food had burnt or put anything out. I understand short staffed just don’t offer breakfast at all for that or just offer donuts or cereal and toast.

Cons:

Property was fine.

We got there at 1am our room was paid for and the man at the desk said they overbooked. So we had to find another hotel at 1am. Unacceptable. And then I have issues trying to get refunded both this site and the hotel acting like it’s my fault.
