Excellent stay with friendly staffs we enjoyed staying we stayed their one night but staff feels like a family to us reception and everyone is very kind to us food was amazing at breakfast will visit soon

シャワーヘッドから大量の水漏れと、シャワールーム天井から水滴が床に落ちて煩い。

宿泊者がインド系が多い。だから、朝食はカレーが多い。美味しかったです

The hotel buffet is recycled Indian food. I ate it and got diarrhea.

The shower was for people under 5 feet 2 inches tall. Meaning, I had lower myself to get below the shower head.

The staff doesn’t change the sheets. They only make the bed and provide clean towels.

Excellence Location & closed of famous all Department store in Pattaya. So easy to walking around pattaya and used red car service for tour around city. If you want to go Jomtiean Pattaya and please call to car in application because of Taxi local to charge higher rate. Easy to fine Starbucks shop because i like its so much and then closed of Naklua fresh market also. Great remember for me.Very fresh of Salad & Fruit & Delicious of chicken boiled rice.

- Excellent Location because of close of Many Department store ext. Central beach , Central Marina , Terminal 21 , Big C central pattaya.
- I like it because of can walk go to Star buck at Central Marina.I like Starbuck so much.
- Shopping at Marina night market and have many things of Local foods.
- Closed of Phothisarn Fresh market and have many Seafood, I like it so much.
- My plan go to Koh Larn also and easy to pick up.
- Room clean and good smell.
- i selected Executive Deluxe room and good view to much because of this room is corner room.
- Breakfast have Indian food too , I like Indian food so much.
- Room have bathtub also.
- Security 24 hrs.

Is okay

Even though my room was pretty good size and lots of windows, i have to rate this hotel very low as the building in dire need of upgrade as the doors on my floor all rotten with stains, so i assume all the floors were the same. The bed was clumpy but the pillows were good. Breakfast was a joke as was included, but after the first day, did not eat get up for it. Very limited options and on the cheap for everything.

I gave 5* because of the manager AOMMY , she managed everything so well , I stayed with 32 pax and 32 rooms in this hotel from 13-17 March 2023 , everything managed so well , AOMMY is a very hard working and sincere manager , she always on the move looking up to things for perfection..one again thanks AOMMY for making my group stay comfortable , definitely will be back and recommend..God bless you THE SEASON PATTAYA

Back to The Seasons Pattaya after 3 years due to covid 19, very pleased to return to find that the Hotel is the same as before with friend staff and attentive service. The hotel was busy with groups when we arrived but the check in was smooth. The staff told us that 1 elevator was under repair and would be fixed within a day which was done. Rooms were clean, bright and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. My family enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning. Thank you again for making our stay a enjoyable ONE. Dan & Family

Checked into the Seasons for a quick weekend trip to Pattaya and couldn’t have chosen a more accommodating hotel. The location is very central and accessible to the main areas by foot. My room was spacious and clean with a decent view of the sea. Will definitely book it again on my next stay.

Rooms r gud and spacious on higher level, we got the room in 12th floor with sea view, early we got 5th floor rooms r not gud and upgraded to deluxe. Breakfast varieties r not ok for us, for Indians no much options, front disk was not friendly and listening to us when we asked for room changes, overall average stay

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Hell on earth actually. Staff horrible and rooms filthy. No hot water, curtains dont fit windows, reception staff just laugh in your face. Night time was the worst. People screaming and roaring. No sign of security. After a few days we moved out to another hotel, we couldn't take anymore. Asked reception to ring a taxi and she said it was not the responsibility of the hotel, we out and asked the door man who summoned the hotels taxi for us. Please dont stay here it's the worst place ever. The lane way down to the hotel is disgusting also

What is hotel badly needs is additional lift compared to its number of rooms. Lift requires long time waiting or is almost impossible to use during busy hours (9-10 AM) and evening hours. They do not provide free toothbrush and paste so make sure you carry one or be ready to pay 120 Bhatt.

This property is not at all good property. This hotel was very bad when we entered the room bad smell and washroom was not cleaned .even after complain they didn't respond properly . Even after changing that room was also not cleaned. we left the hotel to another hotel by leaving our money.

Still our favorite Hotel, have been staying here a few times and have NEVER been Disappointed. With the price offered, one can't expect more than expected. Nice clean rooms with very good breakfast. Good service and friendly staff. Room amenities meets to our requirements with nice clean towels and sheets. Coffee and tea provided daily in the room and well stock mini bar. Will definitely RETURN. Thank you for making our stay an enjoyable one.

1. Reception staff is rudest that I have ever seen to all.

2. On check in shocking was there were NO bath or other towels in the bathroom. Never seen any hotel like this .

3. On multiple calls to house keeping we were told first they are sending then later said rudely on phone we can give u towels only after 6pmbas they have NOT come from laundry. Shocking again. We had travelled long from india almost 24+ hours and wanted to take bath but no towels

4. After taking to reception at about mid night and repeated request finally got them.

5. Only 2 teabags 2 creamer and two coffee was in room with double occupancy. Carry your own tea creamer and sugar sachet as after repeated calls they did NOT send.

6. Breakfast was mediocre with most items not warm and cold and very few things to eat for vegetarian Indian food

7. I saw that even if anyone calls reception they are NOT polite and are only shouting at the customer . Seems that is the training .

8. This hotel is very old property.vearlier it was named Hotel All Seasons now that have changed name.

9. There is NO HOT water in bathroom when u opt for warm water in tap only COLD water comes.

10. Even some shopkeepers around the hotel said that the staff behaviour is bad in the hotel.

So AVOID AVOID There are better places to stay .

Better bed than in bangkok (huamark). More comfortable and very kindly with tourist. For food good and standard hotels. The size room is good and have a chair. Nice for recommended in pattaya. I think it good it try

Not good with zero value for money, there are lots of different options available in Pattaya within same range. Cockroaches were everywhere, uncleaned toilets, poor hot water facility, Central a.c not effective and even one of my friend got injured as a nail pierced his hand as it was coming out in surface of table. I will not recommend anyone to choose this hotel for stay, please choose other options.
