Traveling with my 6year old grandson and his mom from Oklahoma to Virginia. Stopped here at last minute for an overnight break. Room was clean, comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Morning checkout was easy and the morning staff were excellent in their friendliness and professionalism! Great experience all around. Would highly recommend this place.
Location, great breakfast, friendly staff
Had a double room had 1 chair for 2 people. If u get the early one has to stay on the bed. Pillows looked fluffy but we're flat. Air conditioner would not go below 72, guess it's their way to save money. Terrible nite for sleeping. Sheets and bathroom were clean. I wouldn't stay there again. You expect better for $185.00
Clean, quiet and good parking
Location right off I 40. Upon checkout a nice young man actually asked how my stay was. That is rare today. I provided my feedback and he apologized and explained there were new owners recently and they were working on improving.
Not up to Hampton standards. The room, bathroom and breakfast room were not very clean. Went to breakfast when it started and the trash bins were overflowing from the day before. The breakfast food offered was subpar in quality. Hotel needs a refresh.
Last minute booking as I was moving. Good location with clean rooms. The thing that made me want to write this review was the great staff. There was a young lady, Ebony, that met me at the front counter. There is always a level of expectation that employees being professional, but Ebony was more. She was kind and accommodating. She addressed my needs with a great attitude and warmness. These type of interactions is what makes a hotel a cut above others. Thank you, Ebony! Because of you, I will be back.
Clean and convenient! Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Very dog friendly with lots of space to walk them around.
Easy off and on the interstate for a quick sleep while traveling.
No restaurants within a walkable area. We had to get back in the car to go find food after driving all day.
We reserved a room. And paid. But got there. They had no room available. But we did a refund. But very inconvenient
