Great stay, great breakfast
Pros:

Their breakfast was simply amazing! While I enjoyed my stay, I could always look forward to Heavenly's cooking for a great start to the day. Would stay again when I come back to town!

Pros:

Tyler and Brandon were great! Brandon assisted a senior couple to check in early because on of them were sick. When I called, Brandon answered the phone sbd I explained he didn’t change word and said I can check them in now….that’s customer service!!! Tyler had a lot of people checking in at the time I check in even though he is office manger he handle the crowd with pure customer service excellence. These are the reason I will continue to stay at this hotel when I stay in Jackson, TN.

Exceptional service from Heavenly and Brandon Best duo ever!
Pros:

I recently stayed at this Hampton Inn during a difficult trip, but the service I received turned everything around. I want to give a special thank you to Heavenly, the breakfast attendant. She is incredibly caring, kind, humble, and very considerate, truly going above and beyond for every guest! Her food is absolutely astounding, and her smile is enough to brighten any room! I also want to thank Brandon for recommending I try Heavenly breakfast- he was spot on. both of these employees are outstanding assets to this hotel and made my stay so much more pleasant. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! What a great duo together!

Another Remarkable Visit!
Pros:

I was supposed to do a review the last time I came to stay. This is one of my Hospital when I am in town. I have had the honor of meeting an employee by name of Heavenly, and she impacted me in a blissful way upon our first time meeting. I was someone she didn’t even know, and seeing her running back and forth to the front desk to work and then to the kitchen I had to hear her story. She had multiple hats to fill and yet no one would have known her plate. Her smiles her concerns, and not waiving to make sure I am my son was comfortable. Now at this stay and she made sure my mom and my brother did not want for anything. She again was working the front desk and the kitchen doing so with a smile. Even there was an employee that deserve a merit increase and employee of the month it is Heavenly. Heavenly is her name by the way, which is a fitting name for her. Her biscuit are a must try! Thanks

Great Hospitality
Pros:

How wanted to make sure that I left a review. I met Heavenly and I want to say she is a beautiful person inside and out. She was so helpful and friendly. She also served everyone as we were the only guest. I looked up and also saw her at the front desk working. Working front desk and the kitchen. She had a beautiful smile the whole time. She is a great asset to the Hospital. When I come back I definitely hope to see her face.

Heavenly Experience
Pros:

I came across this lovely lady,by the name of Heavenly and hospitality was amazing. She was working the friction desk and kitchen wow! The biscuit was amazing. My overall experience was her , she made it visit worth me coming back.

Distasteful behavior
Pros:

From the moment I arrived at the Hampton Inn in Jackson, I felt completely at home—thanks to Heavenly. She truly embodies what hospitality should be. At breakfast, she was absolutely amazing—caring, kind, and attentive. She went above and beyond as always

To my surprise, when I later visited the front desk to get new keys, Heavenly was there as well! Her professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness shone through in everything she did. She’s one in a million and a true asset to this hotel. As a Lifetime Diamond Member, I’ve stayed at many Hilton properties, but Heavenly’s exceptional service stands out above them all.

As long as Heavenly is part of the Hampton Inn Jackson team, I—and my company—will always choose to stay here. She makes all the difference.

Pros:

This hotel was recently renovated? The shower in our room was disgusting. Wallpaper was coming off the wall. The tv stations were mixed up, front desk blamed it on Direct TV.

Pros:

I would give this hotel negative stars if I could. My reservation was clearly a joke to the Jackson, TN Hampton Inn. I was not given any of my preferences nor was I recognized as a Hilton Honors member. Instead, upon arrival I was advised that 3rd party booking companies were given priority over Hilton Honors Members members and their requests were honored over Hilton Honors Members. The room was not what I reserved: instead of a king suite we were given a small king room, instead of the ground floor we were on the top floor, instead of being on the quiet side we were on the highway side which was very noisy, the privacy lock didn't work, the bathroom lighting was very dim, the requested extra towels weren't in the room, the check in clerk told me she had taken $30 off my room bill but didn't give me any points because she felt like the money was enough. I asked why 3rd party bookings would get preference over Hilton members, she said she had no idea but that maybe because it was Christmas time, that's just how it was when she came on shift at 3pm (we checked in around 8-8:30pm) I asked why I hadn't been notified of all the changes before check in? She had no idea. She did offer to get a manager to speak to me, when I asked if a manager would be able to make any changes, she said no as the hotel was sold out. I declined the offer to chat with a manager. Later,when I came back downstairs to the front desk to get additional towels and some soap that was missing from the room, the same front desk clerk was checking in a man she had talked to earlier and made reservations for over the phone - he had a dog- so she had given him a king suite on the second floor, he told me in the elevator it was an upgrade to his original 3rd party booking. Breakfast was browned powdered scrambled eggs and some kind of meat patties that were tan colored, dry, and had no flavor. They did have waffles you could make, yogurt, and cold cereal available. The coffee ran out and took about 20 minutes to refill, twice. What a fabulously epic fail this Hampton Inn is, the Hotel 6 would have been a better choice. Hilton Members are clearly idiots and I will not bother being one in the future.

A safe and comfortable place to stay as you travel.
Pros:

I have stayed here several times and it always meets the Hampton Inn Standard. It’s safe it’s updated and the staff is great with hospitality. The breakfast is usually above average for Hampton Inn so overall it’s what you would expect out of a well managed Hampton Inn.
