Family friendly. Good place to share with family and friends.

Property is dated , need some update the pool was dirty , even if you rent the biggest room they only give you one parking spot complicating the experience for bigger families that need 2 cars. Obly obe restaurant on site very limmited optiins.

Pros: Great and friendly staff, they are true professionals and problem solvers/ Fridge/ toiletries / view from balcony was amazing/ hairdryer/ arcade/pools/vending machines/ gated parking lot/ felt safe/

Cons:
They will charge you a $150 deposit money (which I didn’t know)

Rooms are very cold and you can’t change air conditioning settings.

Pools don’t have lights so they get dark at night (unsafe)

Parking fee $5.00

Lost key card or towel card fee $25.00
Lost key ( which you need to access the beach) $100

Restaurant closes at 4:00

Tv wasn’t working due to “cable updates”

Would I stay here again? Sure!

Poor quality towels & bed covers. No water bottles available for guest,as other hotels I stayed in P.R. gave us 2 waters per day

Very upsetting ! I was not informed about the was no internet or TV working in the room at time . Not even at checking time I found as I was already in room. And all I received was an apology what I’m supposed to do with that with my stay off 6 days! Unacceptable!!!

We had a situation were there was water coming from the ceiling of the room and falling to the bed area in the middle of the night due to problems with roof and clogged ceiling. We were moved at 3:00 AM to another room. The whole weekend rained torrential downpours maybe that caused the problem.

La check-in fue rápido. El cuarto limpio, el aire estaba liqueando y tenia esa parte del piso mojada. no habia hielo disponible en la nevera del primer piso, ni agua en las maquinas de coca-cola. la piscina está bien, el restaurante también y el camino a la playa de boquerón y el poblado, excelente!

The Stay was not smooth this time. There was no tv service at all. There were no electrical outlets to connect my CPAP machine. I use the machine because I have Apnea. The front desk provided an extension cord to resolve the issue.
Other than that I have no other comments.
