overall good, super cute hotel, excellent location
Pros:

Excellent location, pretty cute hotel, like boutique style, excellent breakfast.

Cons:

The room was hot an the ac did not cool, you can not open no Windows. Again I thing that ac was set to a certain temperature and not necessarily the temperature you choose.

Posizione in pieno centro vicino alla fermata del tram. Camera grande e pulita. La colazione buona con salato e dolce.

Tutto bene metterei solo un frigo nelle camere per l'estate.

Pros:

The loved the location in the heart of old town. Breakfast was nice, in a nice settings.

Cons:

We appreciated a later check out at 11 AM instead of 10 AM, but starting at 10 AM we had multiple people knocking on the door asking us to check out as the word of the check out an hour later wasn't passed along. But it's a minor inconvenience

Excellent hotel in the old city center.
Pros:

Excellent hotel, this is my second time here. Service, accomodation, equipment and breakfast are all perfect. Garden, wines, cigars, very kind service, thank you again for it. Huge shower, electric cattle for coffe and tea in the room, even glasses for wine. Parking in a public garage (good also), and you stay in the old city center :)
