The best if the best.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The suite is very comfortable, especially with the balcony. Even though it’s summer, they do many things to make the stay comfortable. The swimming pool is wonderful and long enough to enjoy a swim. The restaurant Epicure provides a large menu with very tasty food at affordable prices. The lemon cake dessert at dinner was delicious, but the portion was small; I think they should make it bigger. During our stay, all personnel in all areas were ready to help with a large, lovely smile. They have a nice bar with great music and ambiance, and the prices are very good compared to other bars in the city. As it is not far from the city, it is nice to take a break and come for a weekend.

Only quibble is the fact that the fitness club could use a few individual weight machines.

Secret hideaway from the bustle of innercity Dubai
This hotel is very nice and has excellent layout but too far away from the city. If you don’t mind driving 30-40 min or spending your vacation in traffic you can book this hotel. The villa was very spacious but upon arrival we had literally no toilet paper or face towels, their attention to detail is lacking in my opinion as every hotel I’ve stayed at has these items fully stocked on check-in. Overall nice place but overpriced
Stayed here 2 nights before boarding a cruise ship so I just need a nice clean quiet place to recover from a 15 hour flight. The room was spacious cleans and quiet. Service was great. Nice welcome snack was in my room. The view sitting outside looking at polo field was nice at night w chill music and the cosmos I had were very good even though they were not on happy hour. I like the bar bites menu where you could get a small bite if you weren’t hungry for a big meal. It was a great value for what I needed.

Beautiful property, immaculate keep of grounds and swimming pool. Unfortunately, amenities are limited to the weekends like a Polo game. The staff including the Front Office Manager do their best to keep you well taken care of.
Room for two was fantastic and spacious! I had no issues getting Ubers to get to downtown Dubai. The property is like 20 minutes from downtown. Room service was great. I wanted to try the polo restaurant while there but didn’t get a chance to. Very lovely property and great room service staff. Great service all around.
