Good stay overall but too many rules!

It was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Classic room have no kettle and tea/coffee making facilities. Only the deluxe and above have this. Also no outside water or food was allowed in the room. You had to use drinks in the fridge which is expensive. Location is good but you need a car to get around.

Za to ceno smo dobili zelo lep hotel. Zajtrk je bil bogat in nasološno smo zelo zadovoljni.

Cons:

Lokacija na hribu je bila malo slabša, a vseeno nas ni oviralo v logistiki, kajti imeli smo rentacar.

Szuper környezet, gyönyörű kilátással. Szoba nagyon tiszta volt, rendezett, védett parkoló. Szolgálatások megfelelőek voltak.

Cons:

A vacsora számomra kicsit szokatlan volt. Gondoltam lesznek tradicionálisan olasz ételek, de kétszer is vacsorázva nem ezt tapasztaltam.

Comfortable hotel with a lousy restaurant and okay breakfast
Pros:

This hotel is a good choice if you have a car and want to visit Catania and nearby towns like Taormina and others. Its location allowed us to drive to towns we wanted to visit without having to deal with the heavy traffic and parking hassles of Catania every day. It has plenty of free parking on site.

The front desk staff was always helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable.

The worst part of our stay was the lack of dining options. There are no "good" restaurants or eateries within walking distance. There are a couple of decent restaurants within driving distance, but as we found out, you may need reservations on weekends and in season.

The hotel restaurant is set up to accommodate large tour groups, which usually means mediocre quality food and that's exactly what they serve. Menu is limited, food quality is mediocre to poor and service is non existent. My wife and I walked in for dinner and were told the restaurant was reserved for tour groups and they couldn't accommodate us. Upon our insistence, they reluctantly set up a small table in one corner of the dining room. Service was terrible and food quality was very poor. We never returned.

Breakfast is served downstairs. The staff at breakfast is friendly, helpful, attentive and professional. There's a good selection of pastries, breads, cold cuts, cheese, some cereals and fruits. The variety and quality of hot breakfast items like eggs, bacon or sausages are mediocre to poor.

Our two kids had a separate room with twin beds and a door
