スタッフさんの対応がとても良く、ホテルも綺麗でした。時間がなくほとんど寝るだけの滞在でしたがスパとかもあったので、次回はゆっくり楽しみたいです。また　利用したいと思うホテルでした。

付近のゴミが・・・
Pros:

ホテルの雰囲気など神戸にあっているとおもいます。ただ入口向かいの駐車場や、近くの駐車場にタバコの吸い殻のゴミなどが沢山落ちていたのはがっかりでした。ホテルの管理外のゴミであることはわかりますが、ガッカリの程度はマックスです。

ホテルも綺麗で部屋も広く大浴場もあり、とても良いホテルです。またホテル近くには大型ショッピング施設や飲食店も多く、便利な場所にあるので、また利用したいと思います。ただ備え付けのパジャマが少しカビ臭？がしたのが非常に残念でした。
