Chambre confortable, hôtel moderne et propre. Le café a volonté à la machine de l'accueil est top. L'emplacement est idéal pour se balader à Kobe, notamment à Kitano et profiter des bons restaurants.

Cons:

Rien en particulier, tout était bien ! Cette chaîne est très agréable.

A comfortable inner city hotel with great access to all travel needs
Pros:

Located in the heart of Kobe, this hotel is a short walk to restaurants, streetside shops, a shopping mall and more. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast is great (crowded at opening time).

Cons:

The room was on the smallish side with little storage space for luggage and accessories. Basement level car parking was an additional charge.

The hotel is located very close to the major train station in Kobe as well as restaurants and shopping streets.
Our stay was very comfortable and the onsen was lovely to use after a long day of walking.

素晴らしい
Pros:

設備が良かった。大浴場も入り口にコンシェルジュが居るので安心感がありました。
コーヒーや紅茶がカートリッジ式のベンディングマシンのサービスだったので、それも良かったです。
朝食も土地の食材や料理を取り入れていて楽しめました。
また利用したいと思います。

Cons:

朝食開始が6時半とのアナウンスでしたが、実際は7時からスタートだったので30分入り口で待つことに。
