Really enjoyed it was some good memories made
Pros:

Lovley staff had a good laugh with them nice pool and area around it to chill made alot of mates and memories round the pool no matter the weather

Cons:

Nothing really I wish could swim in the pool at night when it had the lights on

Super séjour, ville où l’on s’est faire la fête, beaucoup d’allemands
Pros:

Personnel super sympa, à proximité d’un arrêt de bus pour aller dans le centre de Palma, à 10min à pied de la plage, ville qui bouge toute la nuit idéal pour sortir avec les copaings

Cons:

Quelques traces de moisissures dans la salle de bain mais ça reste correct
La nourriture très bonne mais un peu répétitif

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Despite some reviews, I didn’t see any insects or cockroaches. My room faced residential buildings, and I didn’t hear any roosters — it was peaceful and quiet.

The sea is just a 10-minute walk away, and there are bus stops and shops nearby, which was very convenient.

The food was very tasty and varied — I looked forward to every meal.
The staff were kind and always ready to help.

Special thanks to Ines at the reception — she was always smiling, very friendly, and quick to assist with any questions.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back again!

Pros:

My stay at this hotel was simply perfect! The pool was spotless and great for relaxing, the food was absolutely delicious with a wide variety to choose from, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful – always smiling and making us feel welcome. Everything was just flawless. I truly felt special here and would love to come back. Highly recommended! 🌞

Das Badezimmer hat nicht gut gerochen nach der Beschwerde haben wir gleich ein neues Zimmer bekommen in das alte Bad konnte man nicht hinein gehen der Gestank hat Kopfschmerzen verursacht

strava a obsluha v jedálni, taktiež upratovanie výborné , horšie to je na recepcii, neochota

strava bola výborná, čo sa týka kuchyne a obsluhy v jedálni , upratovačiek , veľká spokojnosť...

Cons:

nepáčili sa mi hnusné matrace, špinavé, vyležané, ktoré neboli pevné a behali, keď sa človek pohol, nekomfortné spanie.
zažili sme veľmi nepríjemná udalosť , problémové ubytovanie, pritom mi booking napísal, že sú potvrdené dve trojlôžkové izby a po prílete nám slečna, na recepcii tvrdila, že nemáme pre toľko ľudí ubytovanie, aj keď, to bolo už uhradené.
Slečna na recepcii ani nebola aktívna to riešiť, hoc sme boli unavení a mali malé dieťa, vybavovala promptne hlavne nemeckých turistov :-( Nás stále odkladala, lebo nevedela, čo robiť. No celé zle.

Gemütlich, Zufriedenstellend, leider zu kurz :)

Sehr schöne Lage, nicht weit vom Meer, nettes Personal, süßes Zimmer

Cons:

Wenig Getränke Auswahl dafür das wir All inclusive gebucht hatten ( man muss immer 1€ Pfand für die Becher zusätzlich bezahlen, man bekommt des Geld jedoch immer wieder zurück) leider sind nicht alle Getränke für die All inclusive Buchung inklusive.
