buffet à volonté

Cons:

Hôtel rempli de vieux et d'allemands qui boivent des bières.
Chambres horribles et on entend tout, le voisin qui prend sa douche etc.

Cons:

El buffet es penoso. Se acaba algo y reponen de lo que tengan para freír. Poquísima pero poquísima variedad. Leímos comentarios malos del buffet y pensábamos que podíamos comer medianamente, pero vaya desastre. Poca variedad, poca calidad y el olor echa para atrás. Lo único bueno es el precio

A nossa experiência neste hotel foi péssima e muito abaixo do que foi anunciado. Pagámos por um serviço “Tudo Incluído”, mas isso não correspondia minimamente à realidade. Não existiam lanches disponíveis durante o dia, apenas tínhamos direito a 3 bebidas ao almoço e 3 ao jantar, sendo que fora dessas horas tínhamos de pagar tudo à parte. Além disso, ainda cobravam 1€ de taxa por cada copo utilizado, o que é absurdo num regime supostamente all inclusive.
Os quartos são deploráveis e sem condições. O chuveiro vertia água por toda a casa de banho, a casa de banho era minúscula, ouvia-se barulho constantemente de todos os lados e até existia um ninho de pássaros dentro do quarto. As condições de higiene e conforto são muito más.
A comida do hotel também deixou muito a desejar: praticamente sempre as mesmas comidas fritas, sem variedade e de qualidade muito fraca.
A limpeza foi outro ponto negativo grave. Os lençóis não eram mudados e a manutenção geral do quarto era péssima.
Não recomendamos este hotel a ninguém. Sentimo-nos enganados pelo serviço vendido e pela falta de condições apresentadas.

El personal super amable, el hotel muy limpio, buena ubicación cerca del transporte público para moverte por la isla, en media hora estás en Palma y de allí puedes coger autobuses a todas partes.
La comida muy buena, variada con ensaladas muy frescas.

Cons:

El sistema de todo incluido está bien, pero no entiendo que te tengan que dar los cafés o las infusiones de después de comer en vasos de papel, hay que tomarlo en el bar porque en el comedor no hay, vale que no sea de cafetera si no de esa otra máquina, pero resulta ridículo, poco económico y poco ecológico, habiendo tazas y vasos.
Tampoco entiendo lo de las tres bebidas alcohólicas por comida, yo no bebo mucho y como con agua, pero si que me gusta tomarme una cerveza antes de comer tranquilamente en el bar.
