Chouettes vacances!!!
Pros:

10 min en bus de l'aéroport, 10 min a pied de la grande plage et des commerces!! Tres bien situé. A 5 min a pied d'Aqualand. Les animations de l'hôtel le soir et en journée étaient super avec un animateur génial qui s'appelle "Coco". Le personnel au top, toujours souriant avec une mention particulière pour le réceptionniste Allal, dont la gentillesse est exceptionnelle (une Vrai belle personne). Le buffet a volonté très varié et très bon (même si ça revient souvent les mêmes plats)! 3 verres d'alcool par repas et par personne (soit bière soit vin, pas d'autres alcool)

Emplacement, prix et services.

Cons:

L'entretien des chambres est à revoir (2 passages des femmes de chambres sur 5 nuits).

La nourriture servie au buffet all in, n'est pas terrible 5/10 je dirais, peu varié et desserts et boissons vraiment pas bon.

Pros:

Le personnel très gentil et à l'écoute. Suite à un problème de climatisation on nous as changé de chambre sans soucis.
Les chambres sont propre.
Horaire repas qui permette de faire des excursions.

Cons:

Les desserts toujours les mêmes. Manque de laitage type yaourt.
Qu'une seul sorte de glace.

Mir hat Alles gefallen und es gibt nichts was ich beanstanden könnte.
Hervorragender Service angefangen beim Reinigungspersonal, Servicekräfte und das Personal an der Rezeption. Dieses Hotel kann und muß man empfehlen.Der nächste Urlaub ist schon gebucht

Es wäre sehr schön wenn es auf den Stühlen der Terrasse Sitzkissen gäbe.

Отель соответствует описанию,я начиталась много негативных комментариев и хотела отменить свое пребывание в этом отеле,но отель соответствует 3 звездам, поэтому мне кажется странным что люди пишут что все плохо,если это не 5* отель,нечего ожидать ремонта или шведского стола уровня 5*Персонал очень дружелюбный, горничные делают свою работу хорошо,у нас были 3 номера и все были хорошо убраны

Cons:

Матрацы это действительно был самый большой минус,очень не удобные.В отеле действительно шумно,по ощущениям как будто стен нету вообще,но у нас было достаточно тихо на этаже,поэтому особо не мешало

Für den Preis definitiv ein gutes Hotel, mit kleinen Abstrichen
Pros:

Das Hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen (was die Zimmerausstattung betrifft), jedoch sehr sauber. Die Zimmer und der gesamte Eingangsbereich in der Lobby wurden täglich gereinigt. Der Pool wurde täglich kontrolliert und bei Bedarf gereinigt.

Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und immer bemüht es allen Gästen recht zu machen. Wir hatten zuerst ein falsches Zimmer bekommen, welches aber auf Nachfrage direkt geändert wurde.

Wir durften an unserem letzten Tag noch bis zur Abreise das All inklusive Angebot nutzen, das gilt es ganz besonders zu loben, ist nämlich nicht überall selbstverständlich.

Das Essen war bis auf ein paar Ausnahmen echt super lecker (aber klar jeder hat einen anderen Geschmack) wir waren in einer 6-er Gruppe und hatten über das Essen aber alle die gleiche Meinung

Cons:

Die Zimmer (vor allem die Badezimmer & und die Zimmereingangstür) müssten dringend erneuert bzw. Renoviert werden. Sie sind zwar zweckmäßig, aber nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Abends hätte es im Hotel gerne Animation oder etwas Musik geben können. Wenn man nicht der typische ballermann Urlauber ist, war es leider etwas langweilig

Sinceramente pouco ou nada.

Cons:

As refeições penso que foi mesmo o pior. Pouca variedade e a qualidade muito fraca. Apanhei por duas vezes o arroz estragado e acho isso inadmissível num hotel.
Além disso, durante a semana só frequentamos a piscina e ficamos com a roupa de banho toda verde. Não éramos os únicos a queixar disso infelizmente. Já frequentei imensos hotéis e piscinas e nunca tal me aconteceu. Sou cliente assídua da cadeia BlueSea em Maiorca mas depois desta estadia posso garantir que não volto a reservar nesta cadeia.
