It was a nice comfortable stay
Pros:

It was a nice room a little small for the cost. It was right on the lake. Room was comfortable and clean. There was a lot of space outdoors to walk around

Cons:

It looked like the outdoor facilities were not ready for guests.

The location and view was perfect. I just suggest that you bring your own towels and pillows.

The beds were like sleeping on a box spring and the towels were paper thin, the pillows were the same as you’d put on your out door furniture.
Beds and bedding is very important to feel the hotel was worth it..

Quiet and comfortable. The only choice in Lakeport. Heated pool and right on the lake.
Pros:

Nice room with kitchen and grassy area with picnic table and nice view of the lake. Pool was warm and perfect!

Great place in a great location.
Pros:

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The grounds are spacious, beautifully maintained, and truly inviting. We especially loved the graceful old trees throughout the property, with chairs tucked beneath them here and there—perfect spots to find shade on a warm day and simply relax.

Our guest room was comfortable, spotless, and welcoming. The location is absolutely breathtaking. We brought two kayaks and appreciated the excellent access and support for launching them. The hotel is also just a short walk from downtown, with a wonderful coffee shop conveniently located right around the corner.

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

I’d stay again . Be nice if they included an hour kayak ride in the price of the room

A fisherman's getaway
Pros:

The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. Shores were clean. Amenities are great. Everything was very clean. Everyone was very friendly. Staff was busy working around property fixing this and that. It was a very family feel. We will definitely be back.

Cons:

The beds are very uncomfortable and need more blankets on bed. We only had a sheet and very very thin blanket. Shower base was coming apart in our room. Just needs to be refinished.

Adorable, convenient, surprisingly beautiful but the beds are just terrible and need pillow toppers at the least
Pros:

I love this place! It’s always clean and the lake is beautiful to see from your balcony day or night. I’ve stayed in other rooms without the balcony and it’s still worth it. It’s nice to walk around, fish, etc. They used to have awesome outdoor games to play so I hope those come back in the summer or something. I love that they offer local beer although it’s so expensive, and their cat is very nice!

Cons:

I haaaaaate the beds and why are there no blankets ever? I’ve been here a few times now and just bring my own. They do usually have one blanket hanging in the closet but why?? They only use sheets for their beds.. it makes it hard to get comfortable on that ridged box of a mattress
