We enjoyed everything but the eating. Which arguably, is a key factor of a satisfying stay
Pros:

The hotel and facilities were great. There were a couple of staff - a manager and a waitress who were really helpful.

Cons:

We are vegan and we emailed to ask if there would be options for us for breakfast and their restaurant. They said "we offer a diverse selection of vegan options" Breakfast was fine although we had to bring our own alternative to butter (from the supermarket, less than 5 mins away). Dinner they refused to remove the sour cream from a falafel dish so we were left with just pasta and tomato sauce, fries and all at full price. The manage did get them to remove the sour cream for a requested day. We also ordered their "summer salad with goats cheese" which is basically lettuce, tomatoes and onions with goats cheese. We asked to remove the goats cheese and we were still charged full price. We brought out own cheese.

Pros:

Spent three nights here recently and really enjoyed our stay.

Location is perfect. Our luggage was taken at the ferry and it is a very short walk to the hotel.

Hotel is lovely. Modern and comfortable with lovely sea views from our room. The room was on the small side particularly with a cot for our baby and the buggy. This was the biggest downside of the hotel for us but no big deal really.

The pool and spa area was fab with lots of loungers outside. It was always very quiet when we were there in April.

Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of selection from buffet as well as a good selection of egg dishes, pancakes, waffles and porridge that could be ordered. The outside terrace was a really lovely place to sit.

The staff were all so lovely and so nice our baby, making her smile and going out of their way to be.helpful.

Overall we had a fantastic stay here and were sad to be leaving. Highly recommend.

An amazing stay on the sunny island
Pros:

The breakfast was great, with a good selection of food, including fresh fruit and vegetables, and some seafood. The staff at breakfast was very friendly, quick, and smiling all the time. The hotel's location can't be better: 5m from the sea, with no traffic and a lot of cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

Cons:

The room is too small, and the hotel can't be reached by car, so you need to leave your car in one of the parking lots nearby. I received an email to do the online check-in to speed up the check-in upon arrival; however, it didn't help the lady at reception to be more efficient...

Beautiful
Pros:

Everything! Location, comfort, staff & food. All exceptional. We really enjoyed our stay it was just too short! Kids loved the pool and there are great runs along the promenade. We hope to get back again some day 🙌🏽

We enjoyed our time spent at hotel and would absolutely stay here again!
Pros:

The location was perfect! The hotel was gorgeous, staff was wonderful and the views were amazing! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good! The staff was very helpful when our ferry to Dubrovnik was cancelled and we had to find another way there.
