A localização foi o que mais gostei. A vista também é linda!

Cons:

O café da manhã era bem ruim, as comidas não tinham gosto... A limpeza do quarto deixou muito a desejar.
A acústica dos quartos também era bem ruim.
Precisei pedir por ajuda para subir as malas pela escada principal do hotel para check in.
Pelo custo, imagina um hotel melhor.

Was told I could check in at 12 as room was ready and had confirmed an upgrade when I went at 12 new staff member said differently

Amazing breakfast, beautiful location!
Pros:

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location is very nice, inside a park and the breakfast is absolutely amazing.

A wonderful time, in a wonderful place, with wonderful people.
Pros:

Awesome location, great view, easy to get into and out of the hubbub of the port whilst being calm and tucked away enough for rest

Cons:

It was a shame the partner beach club loungers were so expensive. The rooms could have been cleaner but all in all a great hotel.

Nice open bar area

Cons:

The bed linens were really bad, we got 2 beds united by a small linen that would be all night exposing the mattress. The pool towels were available from 10 am when the pool opens at 9am?? And during breakfast the kids cleaning the plates would be making so much noise adding the plates in the cart that would break our peaceful moment.
