立地と温泉が大変良かった。清掃も非常に丁寧にされていて、気分良く利用できました。

Cons:

朝お化粧をするのに、部屋の明かりが全体的に暗めなので、卓上ライトが借りられたりするとよりうれしいです。

Pros:

The hotel is in a great location. 5 minutes walk to the subway. There's a spa and sauna, a nice bar area and staff a helpful.

Cons:

For a 4 star hotel we expected better from the room. Very tiny wardrobe, no room for clothing. Very dark room. No light. Looked out onto a brick wall. Two chars provided, very uncomfortable. Very hard mattress. Dissapointing.

Tutto perfetto tranne i filtri dell'aria condizionata
Pros:

Colazione europea difficile da trovare in giappone, la posizione eccellente per visitare la città, metro è a 100 m dall'hotel, albergo consigliatissimo

Cons:

L'acqua dell'onsen era troppo caldà, suoerava i40 gradi e sopratutto il condizionatore incamera aveva i filtri veramente sporchi forse non sono stati mai puliti e questo non è da un hotel di 4 stelle
