人材とサービスのコストカットの煽り
Pros:

立地は少し駅から歩きますが近くにおしゃれで美味しいお店が多く便利です。本屋も隣にあります。
最上階のスパとラウンジが最高。女湯は外の視界がかなり遮られていますが隙間から京都タワーが見えますし夕暮れの山の端の空の色を楽しめるお風呂はここだけだと思います。

Cons:

人材不足と質の低下を感じました。チェックインで何度も名前を聞かれ、予約画面の提示を求められ、予約メールの提示を求められ…なんだかわからないまま非常に時間がかかりました。
スパでも受付に人がいない、混んでいないのに他の利用者の隣のロッカーの鍵を渡される、ロッカーのハンガーラックが壊れている、洗面スペースが髪の毛だらけ、(清掃スタッフが粘着力のないコロコロをかけてたが綺麗になっていない)等々どれも些細なことですが、なんだかなぁという感じでした。
アメニティが安価なビジネスホテルと同じメーカーに変わっており残念でした。

最高で快適！
Pros:

まずは立地。烏丸通り沿いで四条にも行きやすい。
部屋もアップグレードしていただけて広い部屋にツインで嬉しかったです。
部屋のお風呂も広めのバスでしたが、ミストサウナと4種類のお風呂がある大浴場がとても良かった。色々止まりましたがビジネスホテルではダントツで良かった。
お風呂は源泉もありました。

部屋からタオル持っていくのが面倒でした
他は完璧でした

Pros:

老舗ホテルらしいプロフェッショナルなサービス。
温泉大浴場で疲れを癒せて最上階のリラックスルームでゆったりできるのは至福です。
ホテルのスタッフもホテルマンらしい態度どサービス。
ロケーションの良さと共に京都宿泊でははずせないホテルです。

6年ほど前に泊ったことがあって、ただただ漠然と落ち着いた感じのいいホテルだなぁ・・
　それで今回もお世話になりました。
余計な声かけはなく乞うた教えには適格親切な対応でした。何かうれしかったですよ。
