Très froid et mal au dos dans la chambre

Chambre tres froide à notre arrivée; elle aurait pu être préchauffée en amont
Si vous mettez la climatisation chaude qui a du mal d ailleurs à chauffer la pièce, vous ne dormez pas de la nuit avec le bruit de la Clim
On sent tous les ressorts du matelas : très mal au dos
Pas assez de papier toilette
Porte d entrée qui ne ferme pas bien du coup le froid rentre
Pas de chauffage salle de bains
Si on vous propose la chambre 9 ne pas la prendre
J ai pourtant fait beaucoup de campanile : 1ere fois que j ai une chambre comme cela

Pros:

Comme nous étions la pour assister a un concert au zénith de Rouen, l'emplacement est a 10 min a pied donc génial.
Chambre propre. Lit confortable.
Petit déjeuner tres bon et assez complet.

Cons:

La présence de seulement 2 serviette de bain et un tapis de bain. Pas de serviette d'appoint ( lavage de main )
Et surtout, a peine le temps d'aller au petit déjeuner qu'au retour pour se brosser les dents ou autre...et bien les serviettes ont deja été récupérer!!! Donc plus de serviettes! Dommage.
Alors que a la base le check out est avant midi. Pas 10h...

Seul point positif, l'hôtel est proche du zenith
Pros:

Chambres vétustes. Accueil très moyen. Ayant réservé deux chambres, j'avais demandé une chambre avec baignoire. Au final, deux chambres avec douche très petite. Moisissure dans la douche. Lit qui grince. On se serait cru dans un formule 1.

Réceptionniste peu souriante. Demande d'une chambre avec baignoire non prise en compte.
