Incroyable !
Pros:

Tout est parfait ici, de l’accueil chaleureux de Fadel à l’atmosphère calme et reposante. Le service de navette opéré par Mohamed est un vrai plus. Cet établissement est tout simplement génial ! Je souhaite mes sincères amitiés au gérant !

Le petit déjeuner très copieux mais dommage qu'il ne le propose pas en buffet.

Pros:

Eine sehr schöne Anlage zum Relaxen! Der wundervolle Garten ist eine unglaublich schöne Oase und das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Für uns war es die perfekte Location. Wenn man in die Stadt möchte, kann man einfach den Shuttle-Service oder ein Taxi nutzen. Wir waren jedes Mal glücklich über unsere Wahl. Wer allerdings nicht abschalten kann und den Trubel sucht, sollte sich lieber direkt etwas in der Stadt suchen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Incredible stay
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything felt perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Their excellent service really made the experience special.

We had the Prestige Suite with Private Pool and was incredible. The atmosphere was comfortable, everything was well organised, and the whole stay felt smooth and enjoyable. It’s clear that the team takes great pride in their work and genuinely cares about their guests.

Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a relaxing stay!

Pros:

Tout, un havre de paix! C’est notre deuxième séjours au mois d’août. Une fois sans mon chien et une deuxième avec mon bouledogue français! Certains employés ont joué avec mon chien on a pu échanger. Les touristes dans l’hôtel pareil! Le confort de la literie 10/10 le petit dej et le personnel aussi bref un sans faute! C’est sûr que je reviendrais dans cet hôtel à Marrakech!

Séjour calme et reposant dans un environnement splendide
Pros:

- Endroit magnifique
- Piscine très agréable, jardin splendide
- Possibilité de prendre son petit déjeuner sur la terrasse de sa chambre
- Calme absolu

Cons:

- L'hôtel est situé un peu loin du centre ville (ce qui est inséparablement un avantage et un inconvénient) et il n'y a aucun commerce alentour, mais une navette gratuite fait l'aller-retour toutes les deux heures.
