Pros:

Staff with very helpful and the heated pool

Cons:

We were staying in the suite and on the last night the boiler blew up leaving smoke throughout the apartment. I called reception saying it was an emergency and it took him 15 minutes to attend in which time my wife was distraught and scared.

Pros:

L’hôtel et le parc sont très agréables.
La qualité de service +++, la gentillesse du personnel notamment avec notre fille était très appréciable et a rendu notre séjour vraiment parfait. Un grand merci au chef Mohamed, à Aymed et Jamal.
Le restaurant et les cocktails sont très bons, avec des saveurs marocaines, et un service impeccable.
Le massage était très bien.
Literie très confortable.
Navettes gratuites très pratiques.

Nous n’avions pas envie de partir. Le personnel est très agréable. Et la cuisine est délicieuse dans les 2 restaurants.
Pros:

Un coin de paradis, calme où on entend que le chant des oiseaux

Cons:

Le billard et le terrain de tennis nécessite une rénovation, c’est dommage pour le standing de l’hôtel

Très mauvais rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Petit déjeuner très bien.
Personnel gentil.

Cons:

Literie horrible.
VMC avec bruit de tracteur.
Énormément de moustiques.
Coupures de courant.
Vétusté et saleté du mobilier de jardin.
Suppléments couches pour bébé payantes, c’est bien la première fois qu’on nous fait payer les couches.
Cours de tennis dans un sale état.
Salle de sport très bas de gamme, avec du matériel usé.
Pas de douches autour des piscines.
Honnêtement cet hôtel mérite tout juste 3 étoiles… mais 5 étoiles jamais !!!
Rapport qualité prix pas du tout au rdv et loin des standards de Marrakech.
On a l’impression que l’hôtel a 5 étoiles car il coche les cases salle de sport et spa mais c’est très très bas de gamme.

Très beau séjour dans un domaine agréable et bien situé
Pros:

Jardin, piscine chauffée à 29 degrés au cœur de l’hiver, terrain de pétanque, espace yoga, belle extension, cheminée dans les chambres. Chambres très spacieuses et bien conçues avec WC séparés et grand dressing.

Luxury Oasis in Marrakesh
Pros:

This property has the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. It was our second time staying here and I was slightly worried that we would not enjoy it as much as the the first experience but this turned out to be far from the truth as we indeed had an excellent stay, once again! Thank you to all the kind and hospitable staff. Breakfast was sumptuous and satisfying each day, we tried lunch by the pool and this was also lovely. We chose to dine in the restaurant 2 out of our 3 nights stay and it was always incredibly enjoyable. Warm regards and we will certainly return!

Cons:
