Disappointed
Pros:

Sanctuary Lakes is nice environment, but facilities are worn, slow / difficult to connect to wifi - and was woken up twice by cleaner on first morning in apartment trying to do an exit clean. Need to be better organized...

Pros:

Staff member on check-in was friendly.

Cons:

Bathroom was not clean on arrival. Lounge room had an odour. The Pool and gym are accessible but are part of a “public recreation centre”, not part of the accommodation.

A pleasant stay in a quiet location. Good views from restaurant overlooking the golf course.
Pros:

Good location, simple check-in, friendly receptionist, very quiet, restaurant on site.

Cons:

It was all good. Maybe some extra pillows.

Pros:

Comfortable bed, location and amenities were great!

Cons:

Some more fine detail cleaning is needed such as mould and scum removal in shower, cobwebs, dirty exhaust fan, ALOT of scuff marks throughout the unit and no garage key to close garage to secure the car better.

Pros:

Helpful, pleasant staff. All our requests were accommodated with a smile. Apartment was very clean & comfortable. Housekeeping staff did a great job. Thanks!

Cons:

Bathrooms feel a little outdated & 1 of them was not accessible to people with mobility issues.

January stay at the lakes
Pros:

Location! It's so beautiful and breathtaking.We were upgraded to the townhouse. Thank you very much! We had everything we needed. Walking distance to shops. Cafe is good.

Uncomfortable furniture
Pros:

The room was clean and efficient, but the two lounge sofas need some attention. Very uncomfortable to sit on, you just sink back and down on the sofas. The mattrass too was uncomfortable. Spent my two days sitting on the wooden kitchen chairs. This made my stay most uncomfortable.

Hope I don’t need to return. Really wasn’t enjoyable.
Pros:

Individual townhouses was a bit novel! Good pressure in the shower.

Cons:

The smell in the property … like musty & old. The bed mattress needs replacing. No TV in the bedroom. Crockery was dirty. Doorbell goes every time you open the door … so annoying!
