Pros:

La location molto bella

Cons:

La camera, junior suite con balcone, non pulita. Abbiamo richiesto di lavare il pavimento almeno una volta in una settimana. Le pulizie erano comunque sempre approssimative. Le camere sicuramente da rimodernare.

Séjour fort agréable malgré quelques ratés au vu du standing de l’établissement.
Pros:

Son emplacement, la taille de la chambre et de la salle de bain, la piscine, le cadre général de l’hôtel est juste super beau. Une vue magnifique. Quand on arrive on se sent réellement dans un établissement de luxe. À l’arrivée le jeune homme qui s’est occupé de nous a été parfait. Serviable, souriant et surtout arrangeant pour les bagages.

Cons:

Au vu du statut et du prestige que dégage l’établissement dès que l’on franchit la porte de l’hôtel, nous étions en droit d’espérer plus de propreté dans la chambre. Nous parlons d’un 4 étoiles à plus de 250 euros la nuit. Hors à notre arrivée dans la chambre plusieurs choses nous ont surpris. Une poubelle pas changée, une baignoire avec un cheveux dedans, ainsi qu’un bouchon de bouteille sur son rebord, une prise de courant au niveau du chevet clairement pas aux normes et dangereuse dès lors que l’on a un enfant, une guêpe morte par terre, et enfin un moustique ou autre éclaté au plafond avec un peu de sang.. Enfin, nous avons effectué une commande au room service avec deux plats, et on nous a fourni qu’un seul jeu de couverts alors que nous étions 3 avec notre enfant. 3 petits quignons de pain pour une assiette de fromage c’est un peu léger, surtout vu le prix de l’assiette.

Pros:

Lage des Hotels/Restaurant ist sehr schön und gut erreichbar! Frühstücksraum fantastisch & das Angebot war sehr gut! Parking ist ein bisschen eng, speziell bei Vollbelegung!

Cons:

Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchten dringend ein upgrade! Der Pool Bereich ist auch schon älter und bräuchte eine Auffrischung!

Very comfortable hotel with great facilities, which serves excellent food - would return
Pros:

The whole experience was excellent. The only area of improvement was that I had to remind of my dietary requirements every time I sat down and on one occasion was served a dish which did not meet my requirements.
I had to also advise the waiter on how to deal with this scenario, ie take both meals away and serve it correctly, which the kitchen did and was then perfect
Would still go back though as food is excellent and the accommodation very comfortable and above else the staff in all areas were very friendly

חדר מרווח ויפיפה,נוף מקסים לסאן פול דה וואנס, צוות שנותן שרות טוב ונדיב. תמורה מעולה למחיר. נהננו מהארוחה במסעדה יוקרתית ומיוחדת מאוד.
