From Akasaka Subway Station, it is approximately 2 minutes from exit 3a. Guests arriving after midnight are requested to contact us in advance. Contact details are provided in the reservation confirmation. If no contact is made, the reservation will be treated as a no-show.
Please note that the hotel cannot arrange outside reservations for tours, shows, restaurants, etc. Luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out. This service is available on check-in/check-out days only. If you wish to send luggage or mail prior to arrival, please write your name and check-in date on each piece of luggage. Luggage can be checked in one week prior to arrival.

The location was great.
Staff very helpful. Facilities were good.
I liked the vending machines in the hotel lobby too. There’s a family mart next to it. And a train station just opposite to it. Location is just perfect.
I had a smoking room in my first booking ( I possibly overlooked that it was a smoking room when I booked) for two nights and maybe because of it, my floor didn’t feel fresh.
The breakfast options can be better. It has remained the same for so many years.
I wish they would include latte options on their coffee menu and not just milk coffee.
Sve je bilo na visokom nivou, kvalitet kreveta, posteljine, kozmetike, sve odlicno, jedino je soba prilicno mala i voleo bih da je prozor mogao bar da se odskrine.

It was central, clean and staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice and we particularly loved the little free extras, such as face masks, cotton buds and sunscreen etc!

Sehr gute Lage, angenehme Betten und ruhig. Das Frühstück war geschmacklich sehr gut aber mit sehr eingeschränkter Auswahl und viel Plastikmüll. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel im Vorfeld war sehr gut und äußerst hilfreich. Viele gute Lokale in der Nähe.
Kleiner Raum, schmutzig unter dem Bett, und es ist schade, wenn man für den Balkon keine Sessel bekommt - und dass es auf Nachfrage nicht möglich war, eine zweite Decke zu bekommen.

The greatest asset of the hotel is the location just in front of the metro entrance, which made it super convenient for getting anywhere in Tokyo. The location is also pretty central, which I have realised while being there. Being a fan of Harry Potter I was super happy that the Akasaka station was dedicated to the story - if you are a fan of HP you have to go there! The room itself was super clean and had everything we needed during our stay in Tokyo.
The room was on the small side, but functional. There could have been more variety at breakfast. The choice was limited, and if you wished to have a cup of coffee and a glass of juice, you had to pay extra for one of them...
