Pros:

Personnel vraiment à l'écoute, chambre pratique et bien équipé ainsi que l'emplacement de l'hôtel qui est excellent, dans un quartier plutôt calme à proximité du métro.

Clean room, comfy bed, great location
Pros:

Restaurants, conbini, and shopping nearby. Easy access to Chiyoda train station. Right around the corner from the Harry Potter Cafe and stairs

Cons:

Laundry machine did not clean or dry well.

Excellent stay in the heart of business Tokyo
Pros:

The staff was excellent and very attending to all needs. The room was clean. Bed side was good room was on the smaller side but ok for single travel.

Cons:

Breakfast was simple and quite expensive. Needs a little bit more work in the facilities department. I mean it has everything but only one washer/dryer for so many guests is inconvenient. Unless there was another one which I didn’t notice

Pros:

Entrance to the train station is literally at the front of the hotel. Room was slightly bigger than the usual hotel room in Japan.

Nice and clean hotel
Pros:

Ideally placed for getting around Tokyo & very clean and tidy.

Cons:

Don’t pre pay for breakfast as the choice is very limited and disappointing, better off just paying for what you would like off the main menu.
