The worst hotel I've ever seen.
Pros:

This is not even a one-star hotel! First, it is about 40 KM far from the Fiumicino airport and 20 KM away from Rome. There is no train or bus passing there. The nearest market which is in a gas station and the nearest cafe/restaurant is about 20 minutes walk from the hotel. The few staff doesn't know English. The rooms are terrible. No bars, no kettle, no tea not even drinking water, no slippers. Everything is old and rusted. The ceiling leaks. There is no kitchen in the hotel so breakfast is nothing except the cakes and croissants bought from outside and machined coffee and tea. The behavior of the staff while breakfast is awful.

Pros:

we paid for the room by bank transfer and in cash at the hotel due to a misunderstanding and we are not getting our money back! unacceptable!crooks! don't ever go to this hotel ! tragic from the rooms to the staff

This can't be a 4 star hotel
Pros:

This would be better classified as a 2 star hotel, the bathroom had rust and was neither well maintained nor properly cleaned. Water overflowed when you showered and the hair dryer was something out of the 70's. Everything felt old and neglected. Breakfast was poor. The personel were nice. Such a pity, the place needs a bit of care to be really nice but it's simply left to deteriorate. Would'nt advise it.

Don't stay at this hotel. It is awful
Pros:

After being told we could get an airport shuttle, we couldn't and had to pay 30 euros for a taxi.
after a 40 minute wait to check in (there were 2 couples before us) we were given our free water, which I said I didn't want, we were later charged 3 euros a bottle.

The rooms were uncomfortable, the service was shocking. The restaurant was closed and we were told we weren't allowed to eat food from outside the hotel, inside the hotel. It was 40º and they said we should just take a quick walk into town.

If you're thinking this is a great place to stay if you need to get to the airport the next day... don't. The taxi's from the centre of Rome cost the same and you probably won't end up giving your money to this useless bunch.

Quality Hotel is as far from the truth as possible. If we can just use random adjectives to describe ourselves I think I'm going to start using Handsome Harry for myself. It isn't true, but apparently that's just the way it works.

Possibly worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in
Pros:

Avoid this hotel . Rooms hot and uncomfortable, very poor service from bar with warm beer. Restaurant shut and none near by. Also 30 euros for the 3 miles to airport . Breakfast pretty bad too, not even any fresh bread.
