Cleanliness
8.5
Many reviewers repeatedly call the rooms 'clean' and 'immaculate'; one report noted a missed room service on one stay, but overall cleanliness is consistently praised.
Service
8.5
Multiple comments praise front desk and management as 'amazing', 'friendly' and 'helpful' (including providing complimentary toiletries/razor blades); service is a strong positive.
Location
2.5
Location is convenient and central for many destinations, but several reviewers warn about homeless/aggressive people nearby and concerns about safety, which significantly lowers the location score.
Room Quality
8
Rooms are described as spacious, comfortable with good beds, functioning A/C, good TV options and kitchenette features; overall room quality is strong.
Amenities
5.5
Breakfast, coffee, kitchenette and parking are appreciated and family-friendly pancake/waffle setup is noted; however the pool area needs some maintenance and one stay lacked room servicing, so amenities are mixed.
Value for Money
8
Multiple reviewers call the price 'very reasonable', 'affordable' and 'great bang for the buck' — value is consistently seen as a positive.
Food and Beverage
8
The complimentary breakfast is frequently praised (good variety, pancakes/waffles, fresh-ground coffee); F&B is a clear strength.
Overall Experience
7
Overall stays are characterized as positive and repeat-worthy (many repeat guests, comfortable stays), but safety concerns in the surrounding area and occasional housekeeping issues temper the experience.
