Disappointed
Cons:

Did not like that I was not advised of the credit card hold, should be in the booking email, I thought I was getting scammed. My wife booked it and payed in full the hold should have been done at booking not at the desk as a surprise.

what an amazing experience!
Pros:

room was well lit, modern, and spacious. the staff were present, super friendly, and well-accommodating. breakfast was delicious, buffet-style, and well-managed.

one thing to note is that the pool does not seem as up to date as the room quality, however, it was still decently sized and fun to swim in. it’s also pretty shallow sitting at appx. 5 feet deep. overall, great find. we enjoyed our time here and would stay again! :)
