Cons:

Asking for a deposit (incase of damages)which is not included in the package .I think that information should be added to the advert on booking.com .I was asked to pay for the deposit with either a credit card or cash…..but not everyone uses a credit card.Had to withdraw with an ATM inside the property,I did collected it back after my check out,but then I had to travel back with 200CAD cash that I don’t need. I live in the UK and we don’t spend CAD

Passable.
Pros:

La dame du restaurant était gentille, agréable et douce avec nous.

Cons:

Les matelas ne sont pas confortables dans la chambre double.
Nous étions 4 (avec nos enfants) avec seulement 3 serviettes et 2 mini savons (pourtant nous avions donné l’information).
Il y avait beaucoup de cheveux dans la douche, les matelas et à terre dans la chambre.
La piscine n’avait pas l’air propre.
Le petit déjeuner n’était pas assez varié (la pâte à gaufre était trop salée, le gaspillage que les clients font en témoignent).

Excellent stay
Pros:

I was able to check in a little early which was wonderful. Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was clean and spacious.

Cons:

If I had to say anything it would be the pillows weren't that great but we normally bring our own pillows.

The front desk staff were not trustworthy and outright lied to us on more than one occasion. Specifically the male (I believe his name was Yusuf).
