Le personnel, au top, la literie et les repas.

Cons:

Hotel très bruyant et mal insonorisé dans les chambres. (Beaucoup de jeunes).
Vue balcon très bof .
L emplacement de l hôtel dans un quartier particulier et pas de place de parking à côté. Dommage.

Las camas eran muy duras y te duele la espalda después de varios días , almohadas eran folios.
En el desayuno los zumos estaban demasiado edulcorados, nada natural, café aguado y leche igual, el resto bien.

Pros:

Měli jsme polopenzi a každý večer byly jiné večeře. Část jídla byla stálá ale většina se vždy obměňovala. Snídaně byly vždy perfektní. Prostory hotelu působily luxusním dojmem a personál mluvil anglickým jazykem, takže ani toto nebyl problém.

Cons:

Vlivem počasí (velká vlhkost) bylo v pokoji nepříjemně, což ale nezlepšoval fakt, že v koupelně nebyl ventilátor.

Overall for the price it was fantastic.
Pros:

Room was a double but it was just two singles pushed together. Food was good staff were good. Hotel was clean and tidy.

Cons:

The area where the hotel is isn't the best but when you are inside it's like you are in a different world. A lot of the other guests were rude. The pool was tiny but we didn't have kids with us so it wasn't an issue for us.

Cons:

Jestem zawiedziona. Nie mogłam przyjechać ze względu na nagłą śmierć członka rodziny. Pisałam do hotelu wielokrotnie, ale nie otrzymałam żadnego zwrotu, nawet za posiłki. Jest mi bardzo przykro.

El personal de limpieza muy simpáticas y amables.
La comida y la ubicación muy cerca de la playa y taxis.

Cons:

El Recepcionista no fue nada amable. No me dio información cuando se la pedí. Dijo que todo esta aquí y me dio un papel con "un QR código "

El servicio es pésimo, nadie saluda, no preguntan si se ofrece alguna información o algo información pésima, desayuno común y malo, la habitación no servía el agua o agua muy caliente o agua muy fría , en Tailandia te ponen jabón, champú, cepillo de dientes, aquí sólo gel, pésimo
