Podiam ser mais acolhedores para as pessoas voltarem

Não era a primeira vez que fui lá a esse hotel nem num ano fui lá duas vezes mas esta foi a pior
Porque paguei meia pensão e passado três dias vem me pedir o dinheiro das coca colas não é normal pk deviam então pôr o que nós temos direito
Nem precisavam de ser tão arrogantes na hora de ir buscar a coca cola
Pk devem de pôr o que os clientes têm direito porque o meu marido pagou a cerveja logo que chegamos
Em 5 dias limparam o quarto uma vez não é normal já fui muitas vezes a palma e esta ficou para a história com o hotel

Das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe vom Strand, der Promenade, von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés, Restaurants, dem Hafen und Bushaltestellen – alles ist in der Nähe.
Das Essen war gut, es gab viel Auswahl.
Das Zimmer war ok, die Möbel sind ein bisschen alt.

Très bon séjour
Pros:

Nous avons aimé l 'emplacement. Proche centre ville en bus (20mn) et bus pour se rendre à l aéroport. Plage à 3 mn à pieds .
Commerces en bas de l hôtel.
Le personnel très sympa. Bon accueil.
Le 1 er soir nous avons eu droit à une petite Collation. (Très appréciable).
Le buffet très bon .varié sauf les desserts.

Cons:

Beaucoup de bruits .on entends tout quand on est dans la chambre .(mauvaise insonorisation).les lits sont fait tout les jours mais pas le ménage.
Un gros insecte mort dans la douche tout le long de notre séjour (4 jours ).
Un soucis de toilette (bouche)
Malgré notre demande ils sont pas venus les déboucher.
La piscine trop petite et surtout pas de transats.

Love the location, close to the airport with easy access to public transport. Close to the beach. Good breakfast, lunch and dinner. Friendly staff and very hard working. Good facilities, didn't get to use the pool but the pool area looked cosy.

La amabilidad del personal del comedor y bar

Cons:

Las habitaciones no tienen nevera ni hervidor. El agua de la ducha y lavabo no tiene presión y el agua no se mantiene a la temperatura que eliges. Hay hormigas. El personal de recepción no nos explicó ni los horarios de las comidas y solo te dan una tarjeta para la habitación. Tampoco tiene párking y es difícil encontrar aparcamiento en la zona y solo tiene dos ascensores para 9 plantas lo que alarga mucho las esperas a algunas horas.
