Clean room, friendly staff members, beach view

The property has age but is well maintained. Kitchenette was well stocked. Location is phenomenal.

Overall a good stay. Great location. Hotel rooms are on the older side and could use some updating.

All rooms have oceanfront balconies. There are indoor pool and hot tub. Reception is efficient and helpful. Although no continental breakfast available, the coffee station at lobby is well stocked and easy. Free parking on premises. Convenient shopping nearby.

The AC didn’t work properly in our room , facilities were dirty and maintenance was lacking.

It’s was amazing

Bad smell when u came into the facilty and room mildew like. In need of a renovation or upgrade out date rooms. Not what pictures online descriptive. Tvs the size of a 32inch in each room. Pool is small. BATHTUBS IN NEED OF A MAJOR REDO.The AC need to be cleaned and rooms need better cleaning.

Soon as she opened the room, she loved everything, especially the vie. Trust me, theat sealed it ...we'll definitely be looking forward to our next visit soon

The AC didn’t

The food at the Indian restraunt was good.
Great view of the ocean and beach.
Room was large and divided into 2 sections.
The bad:
Physically broken outlet in room
Requested clean towels twice and never got them
Room was not cleaned properly before we arrived
broken tiles in bathroom
Shower wand would not stay in upright position
Toilet paper roll holder was falling off the wall
Table lamp did not turn on
Coffee in room was not good, the free coffee in the lobby was great but slow and had to travel to the first floor to get it.
No snack machines at all.
Soda and ice limited to only 3 out of 8 floors, so you have to hop on the elevator to get a $3.00 bottle of water
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone , nor would I ever go back.
also the only people that spoke English were at the main desk.
I dont know who owns or runs this hotel , but they have no business being in the hotel industry

Our brief Virginia Beach trip couldn’t have been any easier! I arrived with my sister and her wheelchair, and as promised, they had an accessible room for us with an oceanfront view. I didn’t expect to also get a balcony, a small kitchen, a separate living area. They were very kind to give us the option of parking in the handicap zones right in front or complimentary parking across the street in the garage. My car does better under cover, so this was extremely helpful. There’s a beach shop right across the street from the hotel for anything you might’ve forgotten. There is a breakfast buffet just around the corner. There’s a wheelchair boardwalk straight out to the beach adjacent to the hotel. Lifeguard on duty. Easy access to everything a short walk to the amusements and the pier and any rentals you can think of. I would do this again. This is quite the opposite from my last review of my Ocean City, Maryland experience.

You need breakfast!!!! Every hotel has breakfast!! Toothpaste would be a great idea to have!better staff that actually know how to do their job!!

Bathroom shower leaked into the bathroom every use. Soaked the entire floor. Perfect view of the ocean. Walking distance to several restaurants and activities.

We were under the impression that there was breakfast, because when I booked it, it said they offered breakfast, nope. If it was a new change, no one made us aware of the change when we checked in. We got a king suite, king bed was comfy, kids were in pull out couch, very uncomfortable and it took my husband to be able to fold it in. Great internet access, we had no issues there. We expected the room to be cleaned, they only clean on Tuesday and Thursdays (we were there from Thursday to Monday) so room never got cleaned. If we needed more supplies or towels, we had to call down to get and we had to put dirty in the hallway. That was ok, but again no one explained that to us on the website or when we checked in. Parking was close and easy to get to. Trolleys were available for easy traveling along the boardwalk. Peaceful little porch to people watch and look out to the ocean.

Indian restaurant downstairs is great! Nice little kitchen.

Great stay! Very fun! We stay here every year!
